I called Epic to come out several times but they were always too busy to come out for the 2-3 weeks I was in town. Finally, they agreed to come out but when they did they said it was a Samsung warranty issue and they would get in touch with them. But they called me back and said we were one day past the deadline to file a claim!! Their delays caused this! They would not assist further even though I spent almost $10,000 on TVs and speakers.
