Sometimes the Apple stores are crowded, my recent trip was quick and after walking in, I was helped immediately. Marlon was very knowledgeable and my iPad was up and running in a few minutes. He also removed the broken screensaver, unfortunately the store doesn't sell iPad screensaver replacements, but that's an easy one. The store is large and has a variety of iPhones, iPads, and accessories. The staff is helpful and friendly and this store is in an accessible location right outside the mall. This trip didn't cost anything and my iPad is working as good as new. Apple stores are a favorite, I use their products and definitely recommend stopping by.

After waiting 15 minutes, no one ever arrived. Several employees appeared unoccupied, yet no one stepped in to assist. When I asked about the Vision Pro demo, I was told to return at 6:30 despite the demo area being unused and the store relatively quiet. Ultimately, I left without making a purchase -- even though I had come ready to invest in multiple new Apple products. The lack of initiative and attentiveness from staff was disappointing, especially for a brand known for its customer experience. I guess it doesn't matter when the paycheck comes either way, but it's frustrating as a loyal customer to be ignored when ready to spend thousands.

After almost 3 hours working with the gentleman behind the counter we corrected their mistake. Here comes the good part; I wanted to switch from Verizon to T-Mobile where they would pay my existing phones off. Only to be told you had an account so we can't offer you any deals. Let's me preface this again. I NEVER HAD AN ACCOUNT , never had a bill. Now 3 weeks later I am still waiting for the regional manager to call me . SMDH.
