This store is exceptional: my appreciation to the manager for such a high level of professional service/standards and store efficiency. The staff are personable, knowledgeable who respect your time; the store is spotless, non-cluttered and operates with surgical precision. My latest interaction was with Phillip Macdonald [Sales Consultant]. Phillip walked me and my family through what we considered very complicated series of issues prompted by a stolen iPhone. Phillip relieved our anxiety and walked us through the necessary steps to 'replace' the phone, deal with data retrieval and other security issues. Phillip and his team could have simply sold us a new phone, instead he worked through the Verizon system that allowed us to take advantage of Verizon promotions and Verizon Loyalty opportunities. Integrity, honor and character are valued qualities that make one successful -- Phillip possesses these qualities PLUS was a pleasure to interact with [personable with a great since of humor], read more

Mateo worked with me for over 2 hours--he was knowledgeable, so kind, and really went out of his way to get my family a great deal on 4 phones. Usually I dread switching phones but he made it painless. Shop is well stocked, clean, and offered me water. Was a super pleasant experience. read more

I walked in and was met by two smiling and welcoming young men. I explained that I was another old lady who messed up her phone. The young dad (he had cute pictures of his son on his desk) at the the desk fixed me up in about 2 minutes. Great service! read more

Once again this store and its sales team continue to amaze me. Yo-yo helped me with the purchase of my new phone and Devon gave me so much help and alerted me to many savings on my account. This store is terrific!!!!! read more

Biggest phone place I have ever entered in Florida. I want to just get down and party. Lots of space, BYOB, rocking music and we are set. Staff young, friendly. Impressed how professional one was as he told an aggressive old man he would not lie for him to the company. The guy's phone was under water. It was entertaining as I waited. NEED: I would give another star if they would have a system for taking care of customers in the order they enter. No greeter, No numbers, No signing in, NOT even a look my way. There is a small comfy center seating area. Thought of stripping down to my undies while doing cartwheels to make sure they knew I was next. read more

Amanda Busic is absolutely amazing ! Very knowledgeable, Friendly, professional and patient. I have been with Verizon for 9 years and I have never had such an awesome experience, she explained ALL the fees & pricing up front and gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I ended up getting 4 IPhones 12's and 2 new accounts which is exactly what needed. If Amanda is busy with another customer, wait for her if you have to, she is worth the wait ! I wish we could give 0 stars. We were taken advantage of by this store and management. We came in to upgrade one of our phones to a new phone. We have been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years and never had an issue. We however have always gone through a Verizon store not one like this, an authorized retailer. Everything seemed fine when we left but we later found out the trade in was never sent in to Verizon corporate. So we never got the trade in value and as of now have to pay the full price of the phone which hurts us. I called the manager who said he was sorry but could not help. When we left the store that day we had left our trade in with Adam M. Now the trade in is missing and we do not know if sensitive information is left on it and we are missing a large trade in value. I recommend going to a true Verizon store and sending back your trade in directly. I have contacted Verizon corporate for resolution. read more

Oh my goodness, I cannot express enough how grateful I was to Jonathon Ramos for his outstanding customer service! My phone died during the shut down and Jonathon was remarkable at quickly and beautifully setting up my new phone all while I conveniently sat in the car in the parking lot! Normally switching to a new phone is such a frustrating and time consuming process, but this switch was truly picture perfect, thanks to Jonathon! Verizon is incredibly fortunate to have such a bright, enthusiastic and helpful manager on their team! WWG1WGA read more

My wife and I bought two new phones at the Verizon store in north Naples. We knew it was going to be a great experience when the store manager, Jonathan Ramos, met us in the parking lot to escort us in. Jonathan has a great sense of humor, very bright, very informative. During our visit we unfortunately ran into some red tape in getting our Verizon account set up (no fault of Jonathan's) and it took longer than anyone anticipated. However, Jon showed great resourcefulness and perseverance in taking care of it, all the while dealing with multiple questions from his staff about various other issues. It was a pleasure to watch a professional in action, providing quick succinct answers to every question, remaining cool under fire and keeping his sense of humor throughout. We love our new phones and Jon runs a great ship. Howard and Judi L. read more

This is the best store ever! Our representative was Cero and he was awesome. He greeted us at the door. Explained everything thoroughly. Transferred everything to our new phones. Applied the protectors. And told a few jokes along the way. An overall fabulous experience. I will only go to this store! Keep up the good work! And thank you CERO!!! read more

Never felt compelled to leave a review for a business until my most recent experience at this store. Account Manager, Daniel Megari took the time to thoroughly review my account and work with me to save me $$$ as well as upgrade all of my devices while providing extremely knowledgeable and friendly service. Unequivocally, the best Verizon store customer experience in 12 years and 6 upgrades. This is the store to go to when you need anything as simple as a charging cable or when considering a full upgrade. read more

Best experience ever. I purchased two new phones in less than an hour. I was on a time crunch and they overcame all the obstacles to make it happen for me. I've been to this location multiple times and each time I'm greeted with an open door and a smiling face. Their hospitality and customer satisfaction is through the roof amazing. You can tell that their management enforces customer satisfaction and an overall great environment. I was helped by Brandon and Jonathan (Manager). They went above and beyond to ensure that I left 100% satisfied. Jonathan is a great multitasker and he knows exactly what he is talking about. Jonathan thoroughly explained to me the process of getting a new phone and made sure to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Brandon was very sweet and patient with me. I've been to other locations and they were okay, but this location tops them all. read more

Customer beware go to a corporate Verizon store only! Lots of issues getting set up and started with my new phone. Obviously the sales person was not well trained. I asked twice if there were any extra charges or fees after we went through everything, answer was NO twice. Then "WAM" a $40 activation fee so after some talking I swallowed that one. Then "WAM" $35 set up fee after he set up my new phone. I was pissed, I can set up the damn phone. I will never go to this store again and I'm telling all my friends the same. read more

horrible experience, A LIE! We just switched to Verizon and supposedly I handed in my phone (it was already paid for) the screen had a bit scratched and the seller told us to change it, we paid to fix the phone that was already paid, to be able to get a new one and deliver that one for a better discount LIES ! I just found out that I owe almost full payment, conclusion: I gave away my almost new phone with a new screen for nothing, I understand that they have to sell their phones and "catch" the customer but not lies read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to this store to get our phones activated for a European vacation. Alex misspelled the password to our account, so he had difficulty accessing it. He took my cell phone and typed something in which made it totally dead and inactive. Then he told me my eleven month old phone had gone bad and I needed to purchase a new one. I asked to see the manager, and Alex told me that he was the manager. I found out later that the manager of this store is Bart Riselt. Left the Verizon store and went to Costco to do some shopping. Stopped at the mobile phone kiosk and the lady working there took the battery out of my phone, and then put it back in. Works fine. I will never return to this Verizon store. Totally incompetent and dishonest. read more

Was initially very happy with this retailer until I realized -three years later- that they put you in these 3rd party insurance scams where your credit card is billed separately for the insurance. So even if you change phones, the insurance will keep getting billed to your credit card. Verizon will not update it for you. I've been charged $420 for an insurance plan that I didn't even realize I had and have never used. read more

Very poor customer service. My second time in this location. The first time wasn't any different than today. I wanted to start service with Verizon but now I have second thoughts. I was in the store for about 30 mins and no one took the time to acknowledge me. Granted they were helping other customers but I expected at least an " Hello, i'll be right with you shortly" Even if they had taken 2hrs to get to me, I wouldn't have mind waiting. It's is so rude when you walk into a place and no one even looks your way as if you're not even there. read more

Today I learned to deal only with Corporately Owned Verizon stores as extra unregulated charges are levied by non-corporate ("indirect") stores. They charged me $35 to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone and did not inform me of this fee. They also stated that Verizon requires that I must have my new phone insured and again this is a false statement. They stated that Verizon no longer has contracts and this is another false statement. They informed me that my fees would change to the new plan on a certain date and they did not follow through with this. I called Verizon's customer service who informed me they are an "indirect" store and have different fees. Verizon fixed my monthly charges and removed the $20 of monthly insurance on the phone. Call Verizon and find your closest corporate store before upgrading your phone. read more

We got very lucky IMO. We were greeted, and then assisted by Kyle. He knew his stuff, and made sure we understood what all of our options were. (I listened to other salespeople talking to customers and wasn't particularly impressed.) I have been with Verizon for years, and always dread having to go in a store to buy or upgrade equipment - it seems to take forever, and often are made to feel completely stupid. Kyle was knowledgeable - and quick. We went in to upgrade a phone.... Ended up upgrading an iPad, too. read more

A few weeks ago my mom went in to have some help with her phone. The woman who helped her was clearly trying to sell her an upgrade even after my mom repeatedly said that there was no way she would be able to do that. Finally, when my mom said that she would just have to take the phone and try to figure it out, the woman quickly took care of the problem which related to an app my mom has on her phone. I think she was trying to exploit my mom in order to make a sale, and she made my mom very uncomfortable. My mom won't be going back to this store. read more

Ordered and bought 2 iPhones from here. When I my phones came in I was just expecting to pick them up and take them home to set up. Instead the guy wanted to set them up there. He took over an hour to do it. I don't think he had any idea what he was doing. Total waste of my time. I had stuff to do that day. I was told I had to 2 weeks to return them. Well I wasn't happy with the phones. I took them back to the store. Once again I was stuck with the same salesman who seemed to not know what he was doing. After all was said and done not all my money was refunded. They charged me $35 per phone set up fee. Again, this was something I could have done myself at home. Im out $70 for nothing. Next time I'll just order my phones online. Don't waste your time here. read more
