I wish we could give 0 stars. We were taken advantage of by this store and management. We came in to upgrade one of our phones to a new phone. We have been a Verizon customer for almost 20 years and never had an issue. We however have always gone through a Verizon store not one like this, an authorized retailer. Everything seemed fine when we left but we later found out the trade in was never sent in to Verizon corporate. So we never got the trade in value and as of now have to pay the full price of the phone which hurts us. I called the manager who said he was sorry but could not help. When we left the store that day we had left our trade in with Adam M. Now the trade in is missing and we do not know if sensitive information is left on it and we are missing a large trade in value. I recommend going to a true Verizon store and sending back your trade in directly. I have contacted Verizon corporate for resolution. read more

Biggest phone place I have ever entered in Florida. I want to just get down and party. Lots of space, BYOB, rocking music and we are set. Staff young, friendly. Impressed how professional one was as he told an aggressive old man he would not lie for him to the company. The guy's phone was under water. It was entertaining as I waited. My wife and I bought two new phones at the Verizon store in north Naples. We knew it was going to be a great experience when the store manager, Jonathan Ramos, met us in the parking lot to escort us in. Jonathan has a great sense of humor, very bright, very informative. During our visit we unfortunately ran into some red tape in getting our Verizon account set up (no fault of Jonathan's) and it took longer than anyone anticipated. However, Jon showed great resourcefulness and perseverance in taking care of it, all the while dealing with multiple questions from his staff about various other issues. I asked twice if there were any extra charges or fees after we went through everything, answer was NO twice. Then "WAM" a $40 activation fee so after some talking I swallowed that one. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to this store to get our phones activated for a European vacation. Alex misspelled the password to our account, so he had difficulty accessing it. He took my cell phone and typed something in which made it totally dead and inactive. Then he told me my eleven month old phone had gone bad and I needed to purchase a new one. I asked to see the manager, and Alex told me that he was the manager. I found out later that the manager of this store is Bart Riselt. Left the Verizon store and went to Costco to do some shopping. Stopped at the mobile phone kiosk and the lady working there took the battery out of my phone, and then put it back in. Works fine. I will never return to this Verizon store. Was initially very happy with this retailer until I realized -three years later- that they put you in these 3rd party insurance scams where your credit card is billed separately for the insurance. So even if you change phones, the insurance will keep getting billed to your credit card. Verizon will not update it for you. I've been charged $420 for an insurance plan that I didn't even realize I had and have never used. read more

A few weeks ago my mom went in to have some help with her phone. The woman who helped her was clearly trying to sell her an upgrade even after my mom repeatedly said that there was no way she would be able to do that. Finally, when my mom said that she would just have to take the phone and try to figure it out, the woman quickly took care of the problem which related to an app my mom has on her phone. I think she was trying to exploit my mom in order to make a sale, and she made my mom very uncomfortable. My mom won't be going back to this store. read more

Very poor customer service. My second time in this location. The first time wasn't any different than today. I wanted to start service with Verizon but now I have second thoughts. I was in the store for about 30 mins and no one took the time to acknowledge me. Granted they were helping other customers but I expected at least an " Hello, i'll be right with you shortly" Even if they had taken 2hrs to get to me, I wouldn't have mind waiting. Today I learned to deal only with Corporately Owned Verizon stores as extra unregulated charges are levied by non-corporate ("indirect") stores. They charged me $35 to transfer data from my old phone to my new phone and did not inform me of this fee. They also stated that Verizon requires that I must have my new phone insured and again this is a false statement. They stated that Verizon no longer has contracts and this is another false statement. They informed me that my fees would change to the new plan on a certain date and they did not follow through with this. I called Verizon's customer service who informed me they are an "indirect" store and have different fees. Verizon fixed my monthly charges and removed the $20 of monthly insurance on the phone. Call Verizon and find your closest corporate store before upgrading your phone. read more

We got very lucky IMO. We were greeted, and then assisted by Kyle. He knew his stuff, and made sure we understood what all of our options were. (I listened to other salespeople talking to customers and wasn't particularly impressed.) I have been with Verizon for years, and always dread having to go in a store to buy or upgrade equipment - it seems to take forever, and often are made to feel completely stupid. He took over an hour to do it. I don't think he had any idea what he was doing. Total waste of my time. I had stuff to do that day. I was told I had to 2 weeks to return them. Well I wasn't happy with the phones. I took them back to the store. Once again I was stuck with the same salesman who seemed to not know what he was doing. After all was said and done not all my money was refunded. They charged me $35 per phone set up fee. Again, this was something I could have done myself at home. Im out $70 for nothing. If I could rate this place NEGATIVE 10 I would!!! Absolutely horrible experience: July 1st 2019 (6:13pm) I walked into a version store looking to purchase a hotspot. My parents live in Golden gate estates where reception is sometimes slow. My Goal was to establish a stronger signal for the fire stick, which would program my father's favorite sport: soccer. I explained this to Clint Taylor, who assured me he had just what I was looking for. Plus if I wasn't satisfied with the product I would be able to return this device within a 14 day grace period. Clint went on to tell me how he lives in the same area and it works wonders for him. I bought the device and purchased the UNLIMITED DATA which is the highest priced.. supposed to be the best package to get. Long story short: this device & the "Best Plan" combined didn't provide up to expectations. The soccer channels pixelated most of the game, despite switching channels! When I called customer service I was told it's because a lot of people are using the same device near me so my data will come in slow, sorry for the inconvenience. Which is NOT what I was told when I purchased this hotspot. Deciding to return the Mobil hotspot, I walked back into Verizon, seen the sales man who sold me this device Clint Taylor. Clint walked me back to his desk where I spoke about my desire to return the unit, he was happy to do so, apologized for the inconvenience assured me that because I RETURNED THIS DEVICE BEFORE THE 14 days I would be FULLY REFUNDED. Clint asked me to swipe the same credit card I used during purchase saying it would be refunded to that card within 7 business days. 14 Days LATER... no refund, went back to the store where I was told to wait another 7Days. I waited 2 weeks- Went back to this location where I spoke to Greg . When I asked Greg for management he referred to his self, yet two day later when I called the store back asking for the manager I was told Christian, would be back 11-7pm. (CFNP-Naples) 5410 Immokalee Road Naples FL. 34110 239.598.4016 This location is a joke Thank God for my credit card company that opened a case and was successful at returning me the $106.99! Greg NEVER called me back to help me with the case as he promised. Instead he told me it's a third party who owns this store so I CANT contact Verizon; the third party (Cellularsales) is claiming I NEVER RETURNED THE DEVICE then when I sent pictures of the SALE RECEIPT NEXT TO THE REFUND RECEIPT their story changed to they issued a refund a long time ago, it was my bank that was holding on to the funds. read more
