Other, more efficient UPS locations have either a drop bin for pre labeled packages so those people don't need to wait, or a separate line for pre labeled packages, to get those with UPS labels/accounts out the door efficiently. But this knucklehead has thought of none of that. Cant wait until the new UPS store opens around the corner and puts this guy out of business. He says it's because some packages don't scan. Right... he's trying to charge more or upsell products or some other sketchy, shady BS.

I use them several times a week and they always give me a receipt. Every package I've ever given them has been sent &received in a very timely manner. They all work very hard and if someone comes in the office while they are not at the front desk someone always comes out right away to greet the customer. i've never had a package lost. they are all very friendly and very glad to help. They print a lot of labels for me because some companies that are supposed to send return labels with my purchases have stopped sending them. I just bring in the package, show them the label on my phone and they print & attach it and cover with plastic if necessary to prevent weather damage. I noticed his calm demeanor and patience with people, especially some of the older clients who didn't have a clue on how to work the "SELF SERVE COPY MACHINES" When it was turn to be helped out, he listened to my request and went right to work noticing I didn't ask for 3-prong hole punching for the folders I was going to put them in, so he immediate suggested if he did them, it would save me time and be less stressful for me to do. I thanked him for the advice and did that as well. I did have a coupon so that helped with the price of the copies. The quality was GREAT. And, I loved how easy Judd made this experience for me. But he still needed a little more help. The manager walked away and let him sit there and struggle. So I tried to help him which I'm not a store employee, so I really don't know the process. but Billy Jean came to the rescue! I'm very thankful for her. She should be the manager!
