I happened to enter the shop on Thursday evening, not realizing the shop had already closed but my order was happily taken without hesitation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I have never had such an unprofessional experience in my entire life prior to stepping foot in this store. I patiently waited over 30 minutes to get a somewhat decent sample of a post card I needed printed and asked for a quote. I received the outrageously high quote prior to even seeing the somewhat decent sample but I decided to give them a chance because the young girl (who didn't know what she was doing) who was helping me was nice. When Blase (the owner) finally appeared to speak to me directly, it was to inform me that I would have to pay a $45 deposit simply for the "staff's time" for the 30 minutes I was forced to wait for a single print of a sample (which was still not satisfactory). As if it was my fault that his staff was incapable of printing a single sample of a post card faster than 30 minutes. Mind you, the store was empty, there was no line of customers behind me and there were 2-3 other employees wandering the store aimlessly. All I wanted to know is if they were capable of doing the job well, prior to ordering several hundred dollars worth of post cards. So to be forced to pay $45 for a single sample is simply outrageous. This is the worst service I have ever received. Save yourself the time, frustration, and money by driving 5 minutes and go to Minuteman Press instead. They were able to assist me promptly and they gave me a good high quality sample within 5 minutes and they are much more affordable. read more
