We've been using this mailbox drop for a few years without any issues, in fact a generally very pleasant staff. In the last few days we had fine wine shipped by Fed Ex and, after receiving and confirming receipt of the package and even putting a package tag in our mailbox, it was suddenly nowhere to be found! We were told it was "in the store" until we were told it was accidentally picked up by the outgoing mail and would be brought back with a special trip until we were told that it would be brought back with the next incoming mail until we were told that they have no control over it. Through their negligence, they either lost the package or created the circumstances for someone to steal the package, since it seems that not all packages are kept in a secure location. read more

This is the only UPS location I have used. We rely on UPS to send gifts to our grandkids and to return Amazon orders. However, Amazon always defaults to Whole Foods for returns, which is too far for me since the nearest UPS is about a mile away. Whole Foods is primarily a grocery store, not a shipping center, so I have to manually change the return location to UPS. They always seem to have the correct amount of people working to keep your wait to a minimum. read more

After going there for the first time yesterday I won't hesitate to drive straight there again in the future. The service there is outstanding. Don't go to this location on Saturdays- it's run by rude teenagers. I went to drop off an Amazon package and didn't realize I needed to print out the label before-hand (or bring box) because Amazon usually uses a QR code with no box needed. The kid at the counter told me I could pay $2.50 to print out the label and buy a shipping box. I realized I had the box in my car so I went and got it. I went back inside and asked him if he could just print the label out for me (he said yes) so I emailed it to the store. He printed the label out and asked me for the $2.50. He got upset very quickly when I thought he was printing it out of kindness and in an aggressive (yes, aggressive) tone told me: YOU NEED TO PAY THE $2.5O YOU MUST NOT HAVE PAID ATTENTION THE FIRST TIME I TOLD YOU- smashed the return label in his hands and threw it away. Why would I pay $2.50 if I just went and got the box and Amazon would physically mail me a label for 1$? If there weren't other customers in the store who heard everything, I would have let him know how unprofessional that was.. in my own tone. But I decided to take it to yelp instead. Sorry my misunderstanding made you so upset. Next time, control your temper or get another job. read more

I walked in on a Thursday morning at 10am with a line of 3 other people I front of me and only one lady up at the counter working today. Her name is Eunice and she was so efficient and helpful! She took care of everyone with a smile and knew exactly how to help each person. I was dropping off a package to return my amazon book rental, so I had a book in an open box and my lane printed out. Eunice helped me tape the box shut and took the label and put it in a clear shipping label bag. It took her a total of maybe 45 seconds to help me. Not sure why there's bad reviews, but it's a great location to use! read more

If I could do a negative stars I would! I dropped off 2 returns to amazon, one was returned the other shows they printed the label, but it's never been shipped. I've called and was told "there is nothing I can do, I did my job by printing the label and putting it on the truck", are we sure that even happened? Or did you or your employee take my product and now I am out $? I entrusted you to do your job and you did not! My return product is missing, you apparently did not do your job, as Amazing has not received the return, ups global says you printed the label but never shipped it! Your poor customer service is disgusting. read more

Are negative stars possible? I went into this location to send a Certified Letter. It was after I had filled out the $0.15 envelope and sealed the documents inside that I went to pay for my postage and the envelope. Then, and only then, was I informed that what costs $3.50 at the Post Office and $4.00 at the UPS Store not far on Tamiami Trail was costing me $7.00! I was told it was for their "service." Also, nowhere was this added fee for their "service" posted in the store. A total ripoff! Go at your own peril and caveat emptor - let the buyer beware! read more

Honestly, I can't say enough good things about this outfit. We have used almost all of the UPS stores in the area as we are snowbird renters, and utilize the UPS Store for its mailbox and package services. This location has staff that are competent and helpful, can execute transactions quickly, and know what they are talking about. Fred, the store manager, is a pleasure to work with. This store is the closest shipping store to my house and it is convient for me to use HOWEVER do NOT expect to receive any type of half way decent customer service. About 5 months ago I called the store at 5:15pm to inquire about passport pictures. The girl told me they do take the pictures and that we can come in anytime up until they close at 6 pm. We arrived at 5:30pm and asked for passport pictures. The gentleman that is always there bluntly told me NO. I explained to him that I called earlier and the girl told me it was available till 6. His response, "I charge the batteries at 5:30pm." This past week I stopped by the store again to send off a couple of amazon returns. I had the items in a shipping bag and the codes ready to be scanned. He started yelling at me telling me I had to have the items separated into 2 bags. I told him I was not paying for one of his shipping bags and he could put the shipping label on my bag and put the other shipping label inside or on the bag as well. He would not let up. I grabbed my bag and walked out of the store. I will never use this UPS store again. This store needs new employees who will treat their customers with respect. read more

I contracted and paid $29. with this UPS store to send a 2 day air package to Pennsylvania. They delivered it the afternoon of the sixth day. When I asked them for a refund they admitted that they mis-sorted the envelope but too bad because due to covid they are not guaranteeing their mistakes. Then the guy got smart with me and said hey i held it here for 6 days on purpose. What a great business! When you need to get something some place quick avoid this UPS store at the Greentree Shopping Center in Naples. They seem to specialize in excuses not results. 1 day late no big deal. 4 days late is unacceptable. read more

THE RUDEST, least helpful, condesending people. Monday, Dec 28th in the morning, my Mother dropped an Amazon return for me and they would not give her a receipt of the return drop off. When I called them to ask for help, I spoke to "Eunice" who was rude and totally not helpful. I then asked to speak to a Manager and was given to "Fred" who was equally RUDE and curt. TOTALLY ridiculous, every other UPS Store, scans the QR code from Amazon prints the return label and a receipt to give to the customer. It is not brain surgery, just std service and these two people were so rude when I tried to get help. The owner should be ASHAMED to allow this to go on. Experiences have been fine for shipping. Passport photo was a negative experience. I went there on two separate occasions, but they can't seem to keep their battery charged on their camera and was sent away. Beware. FedEx location down the road was much more accommodating. read more

I have been living in Naples for two years and this is the only UPS store I go to. They offer notary services, personal mailboxes, Comcast cable box drop off, as well as many more services. This business definitely reflects "small town America" with its stellar customer service and staff hospitality. I had a large thick envelope of medical records to mail to my doctor. Happened to be at this UPS store so I decided to have them take care of sending it. Told them I did not care which venue they used as long as it had a tracking number. Girl at counter chose USPS. A week later, my envelope is still not in the system. Called the store, provided the information on the receipt, and was told that this was not sent with a tracking number, and there is no way for the store to figure out if it was delivered. My kids came home for Thanksgiving and one of them forgot their keys when they went back. I go to these people to overnight them back and for a very reasonable $11 they send them off. To where, I don't know, but they sent them off. The next day, no keys. I call them, they say they'll check on it. I get the usual lines and three days later, I think, the keys show up. The lady says she'll check to get me a credit since "overnight" did not happen. I never hear a word. I let it go. In fact, I went back a few days later to mail another package. It was a broken golf yardage finder that if I just sent it in, I got a $50 credit. I pay $7.50 to send it and skip the tracking, figuring it's just going to reduce my credit. I also always thought tracking was their way of charging you extra in case they screw up and don't do the job you're paying them to do in the first place. You know, "would you like tracking, in case we don't get it there and you can find wherever it is we sent it to?" Now we will never know. Two weeks later, and no delivery. I go into the store with both receipts. She tells me she called and they told her I was denied credit because they don't guarantee overnight during the holidays. Ever notice how it's "they" when there's a problem and "we" when they get it right? Wouldn't it have been nice for "The UPS Store" to share that tidbit when they were charging me to "overnight" it? Shoot, just humor me, charge me the "overnight-ish" rate, but don't lie. As for the second package, I didn't pay for tracking, so shame on me for thinking they might get one right. There is only a million of these places, I'd suggest you try one of the other 999,999, unless, of course, you like unsolved mysteries, then this is your place! read more
