If I can give a 0, I would in a heart beat. This is my 5th time coming here and each time the customer service gets worse. Staff is beyond rude and has so much attitude. I don't understand how the workers here can be so miserable and take it out on the customers. They have the biggest issue with asking to borrow 3 inches of tape! As I was walking out the lady started to talk bad about me to a customer over me asking to borrow tape kindly! AVOID THIS PLACE. The owner of this franchise really needs to pay a visit to these employees and teach them how to respect customers and have a positive attitude. Unbelievable. read more

Of the many UPS franchise establishments we've dealt with, this is the most expensive and least responsive to customer needs. They charge $3 just to print a label for you. We needed to send an overnight package with a perishable item in it to our son in SanFrancisco. They assured us all packages were picked up at 5:30pm every afternoon. With our business discount the package cost us $85. After 2 days, it still had not arrived. The store blames corporate and corporate blames the store. Our suggest: go to Office Depot. read more

I avoid this store if at all possible, the only thing more unreliable, is the post office. The fact is, the staff behind the desk is grouchy, and when I asked for tape to secure my box additionally, the guy was actually going to charge me for it! I go to FedEx there is no issue, just smiles. I called UPS corporate, to discuss charging for tape, etc., and she said that is up to the individual franchise owner. I would avoid the store at all cost. They were outrageous almost twice what I paid at FedEx for a box, and then of course I had to pay for the tape too! read more

We sent a box with fragile glass items, and received it with all of the items broken. We filed a claim with the store manager complaining that the box arrived in very poor condition even though there was a fragile label affixed to it. After sending numerous photos of the broken items and the box we were told our claim was denied because we didnt use a UPS box. At the time we shipped the box no mention was made that it had to be a UPS box and our package was accepted and we were told it was insured for $100. After our claim was denied I called the UPS customer service line who told me only the office manager of the store could resubmit the claim again. The office manager said there was nothing else he can do and it was our fault for not using a UPS box. read more

The worse service I have ever had the lady was just nasty I would never come back. Asked for a business card she did not have any nor she knew where they were with people like her business owner will close down Tuesday at11:30 2/3/2020 so if you have a nice person he or she will not get blame for the lack of professionalism this lady did not have. WARNING!!! 3 MISSING PACKAGES DURING THE PAST 18 MONTHS!!! We rented a mailbox at this UPS location as we spent several months out of town. During the past year or so we had 3 packages that disappeared into thin air from this UPS store. One package showed delivered by the post office but the employees there claimed they never received the package. We spoke with the Post Office manager and after an internal investigation they said the coordinates associated with the tracking number showed without question the package had been delivered inside this UPS store. Another package again showed delivered by the post office and again we did not receive it. The employees at the UPS store claimed they had given it to us amongst other packages but that was completely untrue, we were never given that package. A third package with a prepaid label for shipping was handed directly by us to an employee at this UPS store and was never seen again. They claimed they shipped it and the post office lost it. They even had the audacity to blame us for not requesting that they scan the package, like the customers are supposed to tell their employees how to do their job. All 3 packages contained sterling silver and semiprecious stones jewelry worth several hundred dollars and at the last conversation with the post office manager, we were advised to file a police report because when 3 packages disappear without trace it is no longer an error but a pattern and something is definitely going on in this UPS store. The total lack of accountability to their customers is matched only by their miserable attitude. This is the most unprofessionally run business we ever encountered. read more

I mailed a duffle bag full of my clothes,shoes,bathing suits,T shirts, shorts, Pjs,belts,an alarm clock,& more. Jeremiah assured me that bubble wrap would be the way to go, because it seemed like an inconvenience to build a box. He asked what was in the bag, never offered me insurance. Now the bag is lost. No one from the store ever returns my calls.I have given a detail description of both the bag, & items packed, still no one can find it. I have talked to 6 different people, mind you this is going on 3 weeks misssing. Now I am told a claim has been put in so the trace is over, & that the store has info since the 2nd, still have not heard from anyway. I am at a complete loss. The bag I just bought from LLBean,$162, the person I spoke with at cooperate headquarters tells me all I will get is $100, are they kidding me. If I knew about insurance of course I would've taken it, all my new clothes & not so new were in that bag. I am so upset. Don't know what I am going to do. No one wants to help me. I think it is a piss poor way to treat people, ike I am fault. Any ideas,for what I might be able to do to recover my bag? Any one? read more
