I went into the Pak-n-Ship at Pebblebrook Naples, FL to help me get the labels printed & the packages returned. The staff are the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so helpful. They even do extra things that need to be printed along with the labels, like reasons I am returning, etc. I don't even get invoices anymore so I have to create everything myself. I used to be able to just hand write everything myself on the invoices they sent and include them with the returns. they always print everything I will need, including a receipt for packages they've mailed. Even if I don't ask for a-receipt, I always get one. The woman who helped me today gave me plastic pouches to put the labels in before attaching them to the packages So nothing would happen to the labels if they got wet. Service is better than five stars. I think they deserve 10 stars for all the extra help they give! If they are eating lunch in the back and people come in for sssistance.they always come out and help them and interrupt their lunch. i've never seen that happen anywhere. I can't tell you how relieved I am that I have professionals that I can rely on to help get everything to wherever it is going. Thank you to the wonderful staff at pak-n-ship!!! The Shipping Station located at 4755 N Tamiami Trail has abruptly closed their business leaving…read morepost office box customers without access to their mail. If you rent a mailbox from any entity other than the USPS you relinquish the ability to submit a change of address or mail forward. Most of these customers are not in town and will only find out when they start getting calls their mail has been "returned to sender." They will need to file a request with the USPS to hold their mail (online form submission is available) for pickup or delivery to another location and individually change addresses with senders. The Shipping Station has operated at the same location in Naples for over 35 years. During that time it has been bought and sold to various owners. The latest owners, Deborah B. White and Raymond Maluto of Debray Enterprises, LLC chose to close the business without notice to box holders or to the longtime employee who has ran the business for 20 years. Despite having several opportunities to sell the business, their decision to simply lock the doors has left many in town scrambling to secure their mail. It's disheartening to witness the demise of a long time business people have relied on for years and years. It's especially frustrating and puzzling to know the business could have been sold without any interruption of services. I understand they pulled the cancer card. I find this particularly distasteful for personal reasons. Again, they had no less than three opportunities to sell the business. They have promised refund checks for all unused months left on mailbox contracts. Whether they will send those checks before or after their extended Alaskan cruise remains to be seen. #gulfshoregrifters #screwthelocals #howtogetacondoonthebeach

I have been here on a few occasions to pick up packages. Although this center is not large by any scale, they do make sure to get you in and out in no time. One would expect to get the overworked/underpaid customer service experience, but I was more than elated to receive a genuine smile, people that knew all services offered, and people that were quick on their feet. Completely impressed. I wish that I would have caught specific names to give them accolades. It's never too much trouble for anyone to say "Hi, how are you? How may I help you?", but it seems like a hot commodity in this day and age of any service industry. Here, you are pleasantly greeted with a smile in the sterile, fluorescent lit, ugly grey carpeted box of a room. It truly put people at ease that were behind me who were freaking out at a line where people were served and done within a whole 2 minutes. I should have held their horses for them and chucked them out the window. Enough about cranky customers....these FedEx people were professionals in a typically non-professional world. A big YAY to them.

Two condo's upstairs and two on ground level. This FedEx driver left the refrigerator in the parking lot at the entrance to the two flights of stairs to 2nd floor. Amazon Prime free delivery is supposed to be a delivery to the purchaser's front door. They take a picture and send you an email notifying you of the delivery. My wife was so mad. Our main refrigerator blew a compressor from the electricity flickering on and off during the hurricane last week. When the delivery driver sees the package is addressed to Debbie T_____, you would think he would have had the courtesy to deliver this mini-fridge to her front door landing, like he was supposed to. Instead, my wife ends up dragging this cumbersome box up two flights of stairs. Pretty lousy and lazy service. This will end our relationship with FedEx. Never again! Jeff
