This store is ALWAYS busy. You will wait in line. The staff however is extremely efficient. Just today I took two items that I intended to ship, but just needed some advice before I went home to pack them up. The young man, with the spectacular handlebar mustache was very helpful, found me the right box, and even offered to pack the pieces and complete the label. All done with a smile and efficiency! This is the worst UPS store I have ever been to. The staff is unbelievably rude. The lines are out the door and the staff seem to enjoy making people wait as there are several people behind the counters but only one waiting on customers. They never say hello or smile or thank you for spending money there. I now drive to North Naples to 2 other UPS locations where the staff is the complete opposite. I have a complaint about an employee at this store. She has blonde curly hair and may be a manager. She nearly refused my Amazon return, gave me an attitude, and told me to drop my box off in the pile of returns that the employees are supposed to take and manage. She quite literally said to me, "now take it and put it over there, if it get there it gets there, if it don't it don't, it's your problem". The exact words that came out of her mouth. I was baffled and could not believe the audacity this worker had because she is clearly overworked and hates her job. This was after I had stood in line for 30 minutes carrying my heavy Amazon return. I was not greeted or thanked for my patience. Just a "Next", followed by her clear annoyance by my presence with her attitude and unwilling to accept my return that was boxed, per Amazon instructions. No one deserves to be treated like that. I sincerely hope this woman gets fired because her attitude is simply unacceptable. And frankly, if you check your Google and Yelp reviews there are several other people who have complained about the same lady, all noting the lady with blonde curly hair. It is a shame that this ups store is the closest one to me and that I will have to continue going there for returns. I clearly never want to see her again but unfortunately probably will. read more

Made an appointment to use the notary on Saturday. Got 2 confirmation email reminders about my appointment, but when I went in for my appointment, the girl that said she was the Assistant Manager told me they only do Notary appts. Monday thru Friday. She said I should have called first, to which I replied that I had received 2 reminders already, so why would I call? She was extremely rude, horrible customer service, and said to bring it up with "Shamir" the manager on Monday, then said "Next person in line" and was done with me. I had two framed art pieces that I wanted to ship to different destinations. The standard UPS boxes were all way too large in height, however. One of their employees, Destiny, was very helpful, offering to cut and fold the boxes in a way that reduced their height and at the same time increased their strength. One of the packages that I sent arrived at the desired destination. The second package, however, is missing. The tracking information reports that is was delivered and left on the receiver's porch mat. The package, however, wasn't there. This is no fault of the Naples UPS store (e.g., the delivery person may have left it at the wrong address, or a porch pirate may have stolen it), but the 3 star rating is because of the extremely convoluted and time consuming claims process that I'm now going through. read more

Me and my wife recently opened a PO Box at this location. Received notification that a package we were expecting was delivered on 12/10. Waited half an hour in line to then be told they couldn't find the package. No system to locate, the employees just checked random packages looking for our name. Worst experience I've ever encountered at a UPS Store! The manager, Destiny, is extremely unprofessional. From her sloppy appearance to her offensive demeanor. She is very rude to customers and extremely arrogant. She has a poor attitude and creates a hostile environment for customers as well as employees. The store has 1 lane for Amazon. On a regular basis there are 3 lanes open but only 1 for Amazon. Therefore, 30 people stand in line for 20 minutes + to return their Amazon packages. I will never use that location again. It is managed very poorly. Destiny needs many lessons on customer service and how to treat people. She has a very pompous attitude and eventually karma will catch up to her. I am a business owner myself and would never have a person like that manage my place of business. She is young, immature and blind to see her actions will eventually destroy the business. I witnessed her yelling at customers and replying to customers with rude remarks. She offered no solutions or positive feedback to anyone. There is no excuse for her behavior. I have used this store a few times over the past few years and each time the customer service is less than desirable. I always feel as if they are doing me a favor by waiting on me. No or little use of the words "please" or "thank you" and today the clerk was defensive and off putting. When I asked why he said that a lot of people had been "all over him" today. This is meant as an overall assessment of the clerks at this location. I always stand there amazed when I listen to the clerks order customers about e.g. "put it on the scale", etc. I understand having a bad day but don't take it out on someone who wasn't being rude but just wanted to mail their package. I dropped package off on the 16th requested delivery by the 19th. Felt like I paid for that service, needless to say package won't arrive at destination until the 23rd. Cameron who waited on me was very non helpful told me no guarantees and that it's too bad. Never offered a fake apology or even suggested to take my contact info so the manager of store could contact me. I always used to go to the Ups store off of Tamiami and like 3rd st. I will now go back there as they are professional and never had any issues. During the times we are going through right now with COVID-19 the staff at this store answered all of my questions and they were able to help me send my packages out to my children in different states with supplies that they need.
