I went into the Pak-n-Ship at Pebblebrook Naples, FL to help me get the labels printed & the packages returned. The staff are the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so helpful. They even do extra things that need to be printed along with the labels, like reasons I am returning, etc. I don't even get invoices anymore so I have to create everything myself. I used to be able to just hand write everything myself on the invoices they sent and include them with the returns. they always print everything I will need, including a receipt for packages they've mailed. Even if I don't ask for a-receipt, I always get one. The woman who helped me today gave me plastic pouches to put the labels in before attaching them to the packages So nothing would happen to the labels if they got wet. Service is better than five stars. I think they deserve 10 stars for all the extra help they give! If they are eating lunch in the back and people come in for sssistance.they always come out and help them and interrupt their lunch. i've never seen that happen anywhere. Simon Group enticed us with a generous buildout allowance, but if we didn't open in 90 days we would start losing $500 per day of this allowance. One of the biggest expenses was the lighted sign required on an outdoor mall storefront. After calling multiple sign companies and getting estimates on costs and completion dates I was in huge distress. Spectrum gave us a better price than all the rest, got the permitting done, and then got our sign up insanely fast! Not to mention they were empathetic to our plight and genuinely nice people even though we pressured them with our deadline.
