This is a small but clean staples with limited items. I did attempt to get some information from a store associate and she had no idea what a 3 hole punch is. I drove out here to print some papers, emails and print screens. The concept is the same as fedex where you also email and then get a code. However prints cost more and are 24 cents per black and white page here. I was very frustrated because it would print half my page also the paper used is thick luxury. That might be nice to some but I find it a waste. However my priority is to get my print to come out right which it didn't. read more

They do not have FedEx drop off counter. Beth behind the counter is extremely rude and offensive.

Easy to use for print and pick up or delivery. Next day worked super fast as in immediately. They also do passport photos and TSA. They recycle used electronics & have shredding services. read more

Customer service is terrible a worker that does the copy and laminating was very rude. Did not even greet us or acknowledge us . When she came to the counter she did not talk or smile. We just told her we needed something laminated and she did do it. She had a white air bud in one ear and a black headset in the other. The black headset was probably for company anc the other to listen to music . I notice the other staff also had white AirPod in one ear along with there work black pod. Okay!!! Nothing but praise for the staff at Staples, specifically Nodine who works the copy & print section and the manager Kyle! So here is the story; I'm a full time RVer, traveling the country in a Motorhome. About a month ago I sustained a back injury that requires me to see a Chiropractor in Mobile, Alabama who took X-Rays. So as I continue about my travels I go from Chiropractor to Chiropractor getting treatment and showing them the X-Rays that were taken in Mobile. Recently my pain has been elevated and I had a new Chiropractor appointment for tomorrow but as I said before, this is a new doctor I've never seen before. The Doctor explained he does not have a disc reader and asked if I could "print" out the X-Rays for tomorrow's visit. To make things more tense, we were also scheduled to leave the Naples Florida area tomorrow afternoon. I asked Nodine if she could print out the photos and she said because of the format they were in she could not but she could do a data transfer to a Zip drive - but technically the store was closed. Nodine said she had no problem holding over 10 minutes but needed to ask her boss Kyle. Kyle said sure and I got the transfer over to a Zip drive for the doctor to see tomorrow. So grateful for these two! When I thanked Kyle for allowing staff to hold over to help me his exact response was; "No problem, that's what we are here for." WOW!!! What customer service! read more

Stopped by to have some copies of my updated resume copied on good stock. The employee in the copy dept. told me she had to write an order and that I would have to come back to pick-up...my 6 copies! Luckily, I had a Fed Ex Copy Center on my way home-they made the copies while I waited, and for less money. Never will return to Staples. read more

The Copy and Print center inside this Staples needs some help. Came here to scan and email an exam for my daughter's on line course to meet a deadline while we are vacationing, and the person working the counter could not get it done. Tried to have him email the file to two different email addresses, but no luck. Finally had to purchase a portable thumb drive to save the file to and then email it myself. Another girl was there trying to fax something, and she left unsuccessful as well. read more

I WILL NEVER SPEND MONEY AT A STAPLES EVER AGAIN. Set aside the fact there was a decomposing rat in the parking lot that had been there from my previous visit, the customer service was dreadful. My little sister was looking at one of the displays and an employee walking by said "could you please not pull that off the wall." Staples advertises a lifetime warranty on particular products. What they do not tell you is that the manufacturer provides the warranty and you cannot make the exchange through the store after 60 days. A form needs to be filled out and sent to the manufacturer. A very tedious process. It becomes even more complex if you order online and try to return at a store. read more

Like the other review states the Copy and Print station inside this Staples needs some major help. I ordered 2 banners for same day pick up thinking they would definitely be ready the next day. I go in to pick up my banners and was completely ignored by the worker after telling him the order name. I asked if it was ready and he said it's not ready yet. I asked why and he was unable to give me an answer. I told him I was confused because I ordered for same day pick up and needed the banners for an event that was happening that night. He said come back in a couple of hours they will be ready. I did not have time to come back in a couple of hours so I just said forget it and I would come back another day. I then proceeded to call their store and ask if the order was ready the following day. I was told I would get a call back after they checked on the status of my order. Surprise! I never received a call back. The weekend passed and I still did not hear anything back. On Monday I called again to ask if my order was ready because I did not want to drive all the way there to be told it wasn't ready. I was told again I would be called back after they checked on the status. I finally received a call back this time saying it would be ready at 6pm. I thought okay I'll give it one more chance. I go in on Tuesday morning to be told my order still isn't ready and without any explanation as to why. The customer service at this location is beyond terrible. I was never issued an apology or offered any type of compensation for this. So now I am out 2 banners that I need for an event. Needless to say I will never be using this store again. read more
