I've never had an issue with staff or with their shipping procedures. Always a quick and pleasant experience. The best part is having my frequently shipped information saved for quick transactions. Even when I go to other UPS Stores around the US, my information is in their database. I have a competing shipping store a mile from my house, but I drive the extra 5 minutes to this store. read more

Completely unsatisfactory! When I went to send a package to family in another state I paid A LOT extra to have the package delivered on April 5th and it is written on my receipt April 5th delivery. The package was not delivered until the 8th. Nothing was ever explained to me that UPS would not be mailing the package, but USPS would be. I called and spoke on the phone with UPS customer service for 2 days and finally was told I had to call the store directly for the refund. When I called on April 9th for assistance for a refund I was spoken to so poorly and not assisted properly. The workers who spoke to me on the phone, Pete and Amber, were rude and completely unprofessional. I have been there before and know it was maybe a busy time when I delivered my package, but that is no excuse for how they handled this situation/lack of explanation and assistance. I will never go back to this store or possible use UPS ever again. read more

Outstanding service by the manager AND each and every other worker I have met in my about 6 visits to this bank. Isn't great to know that with all the same excuses available others use like COVID, Nobody wants to work, some sharp managers find hire and VERY IMPORTANTLY MOTIVATE AND KEEP THEIR HELP MOTIVATED WHICH GUESS WHAT, that results in better retention, way less short staff and unhappy customer problems, Even the worst employees expect $15.00 an hour and are not worth $5.00 an hour. Yet would be less expensive to pay good people on the same Job 15 or $20 an hour. Horrid customer service!! Do not come to this location, I will never be back!! Dropped off a package to return to Amazon, they scanned, printed and put the label on. The package is on my doorstep the next day. Trent's response "oh must still have labels with your address on it, just bring it back in". No apologize, no solution to the problem...just drop it back off. That's what I spent my time doing yesterday, yet you not doing your job and making a mistake is now my problem again?! Bad for the fingerprinting kiosk in the store. Awful experience, absolutely no privacy - the kiosk is in the way of people walking in and everyone waiting in line can watch all your info on the screen - and minimal help from the store associates who are too busy at the counter. Use a different location if you can. One of the store associates told me they don't actually want the kiosk in the store but they were obliged to have it. Therefore, there is no regard for your experience or for the fact that you already paid and made an appointment there for fingerprinting. Oh, and it is by appointment only, so you have to go through their website to schedule a time, but the appointment time is useless because you are on your own at the kiosk despite the description on the website that a trained LiveScan technician will assist. read more

Amazing customer service and experience. I went in yesterday afternoon to ship a small package. I was surprised the pricing for mailing it with insurance was the same price as USPS, I was surprised because I always assumed UPS was more expensive. The owner Aaron helped me with my transaction. i had a package delivered from ups to my house earlier that one of their drivers quite obviously opened before he placed it on my doorstep there is no other possible explanation and good luck getting anyone at the ups stores anywhere or the place i bought stuff from to give a damn or even be able to be contacted ups told me to file a claim online they had zero concern about one of their drivers obviously stealing or attempting to steal in what world does someone not consider this box damaged? who wouldn't have noticed this ? why should I pay for these cloth shoes that were throw all over the place and handled by someones dirty hands???? that's why they come inside a box to protect them How basic is this? Mitch and Aaron and staff packaged my Grandmother's china set and sent it off to my cousin in Rhode Island for me. It was a huge set - in 3 rather large boxes. Upon arrival, her only comment to me was "Wow, what a nice packing job they did!" And she doesn't even know how very nice the wonderful people at The UPS Store on Pine Ridge Road are. I use this store for ALL my mailing and packaging and Amazon returns, stamp purchases, etc. They are always cheerful first thing in the morning, thank goodness. I won't shop anywhere else. Everyone in the store is nice and helpful except I believe it's the owner! I went there the other day and he was extremely rude to me and the way he was talking about his employees even worse! I had to send something out and I forgot to tape up the top of box he asked me if I had tape and I said sorry I don't and he said well it all needs to be taped in a rudely way. I said ok but I came here the other day and someone took the package for me and never explained that to me. He went on by saying well let me know who that was because I need to fire them! Like really who tell a customer that. Just over all a horrible experience! He has a owner or manager or whatever his title his should've treated me as a customer better then that! They are helpful from the minute you walk into the store until the day you get your packages delivered. We recently sent four boxes home from Naples and one got lost. Mitch took over and traced the box and stayed on top of the situation until the box was delivered to us. He couldn't have been more helpful, nicer or more concerned. My first experience here sealed the deal. I had a heavy box in my trunk. Before I had the trunk fully open, there was a gentleman at my side who said, "I'll get that for you." He carried the box into the store for me, wrote up the order and I was on my way. Another time, I went inside to ask for help with two heavy boxes. A very nice gentleman grabbed a hand truck and brought the boxes into the store for me. I was taken care of in under five minutes. The service here is unbeatable, time after time. On Decemeber 9th(Wednesday)I walked into this location to send out a card card for my son. As you know this is sensitive package and needed to be sent in a timely manner. The owner wife Taura told me if I spent more money it would be in New York in two days . I spent the 9.72 cents to have my package sent. After it not being received and calling the ups in New York they told me they have not even receive it and the track number make it seem like they didn't even send it out of the store. So I decided to call this location because my son need the credit card to help purchase some ideas for my grandson birthday party. I spoke to an individual who said the package will be delivered by Saturday night and after days later my son called me to say it still was not delivered. I decided to call again and the owner named Ceasar answer the phone with a complete attitude after expressing my concern for the package I told him I will come into the store to handle it with them. He stated that if I came into his store like a raging bull dog he would called the police on me simplify for wanting to know where my package is. Obliviously this place of business has no sense of class or even know how to own a business. I have made calls to the corporate office and I will continue to call and complain until this is dealt with. No individuals should be called names so I thought I should go about telling other people to stay far away from this classless ups store.
