I use them several times a week and they always give me a receipt. Every package I've ever given them has been sent &received in a very timely manner. They all work very hard and if someone comes in the office while they are not at the front desk someone always comes out right away to greet the customer. i've never had a package lost. they are all very friendly and very glad to help. They print a lot of labels for me because some companies that are supposed to send return labels with my purchases have stopped sending them. I just bring in the package, show them the label on my phone and they print & attach it and cover with plastic if necessary to prevent weather damage. I went into the Pak-n-Ship at Pebblebrook Naples, FL to help me get the labels printed & the packages returned. The staff are the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so helpful. They even do extra things that need to be printed along with the labels, like reasons I am returning, etc. I don't even get invoices anymore so I have to create everything myself. I used to be able to just hand write everything myself on the invoices they sent and include them with the returns. they always print everything I will need, including a receipt for packages they've mailed. Even if I don't ask for a-receipt, I always get one. The woman who helped me today gave me plastic pouches to put the labels in before attaching them to the packages So nothing would happen to the labels if they got wet. Service is better than five stars. I think they deserve 10 stars for all the extra help they give! If they are eating lunch in the back and people come in for sssistance.they always come out and help them and interrupt their lunch. i've never seen that happen anywhere. In the last few days we had fine wine shipped by Fed Ex and, after receiving and confirming receipt of the package and even putting a package tag in our mailbox, it was suddenly nowhere to be found! We were told it was "in the store" until we were told it was accidentally picked up by the outgoing mail and would be brought back with a special trip until we were told that it would be brought back with the next incoming mail until we were told that they have no control over it. Through their negligence, they either lost the package or created the circumstances for someone to steal the package, since it seems that not all packages are kept in a secure location.

In addition to the great staff, we appreciate how that they accept UPSP, FedEx AND UPS. I have had several returns before were the company typically uses once shipped service, but for a particular items switched to another shipping company and I found myself at a location which didn't expect either FedEx or UPS. With his Rent-a Mailbox location you don't need to worry about it- they take all three. I trust they will take care of my shipping needs, and when I need any of the other services they offer will gladly support them.

Laura was condescending, rude and completely unhelpful. They installed the box and I texted because it was wobbly. I was very rudely berated for not knowing a "bracket" was damaged. Several texts like this later, the "owner" called. I was told by Jim that he sits next to her and she is not unresponsive. Even with dates and copies of emails/text going back 4 months, he would not hear of it. He talked over me and eventually told me to keep the mailbox and never call them again. He behaved like a teenage child. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

I have sent a picture of the back so that Jim could identify the type of mailbox and the determine the type of repair necessary. Two weeks ago, Jim and/or Laura texted that a local handyman would repair it. Still nothing. I'd give a perfect 5 if the equipment was able to accomplish what was required on it's own. I was scanning a 50 page document and it failed. There were issues with the terminal, not the staff. It's not their fault the terminal was glitching and not accepting a USB I brought in. They did care and made sure that I was not overcharged when my larger document did not show up in my email. It was refreshing to have good support as the staff did provide excellent service which is becoming less prevalent these days. I will still return when needed due to that reason alone.
