I buy everything online from companies that stopped sending prepaid return labels so I have to…read morecreate them myself, but I don't have a printer. I went into the Pak-n-Ship at Pebblebrook Naples, FL to help me get the labels printed & the packages returned. The staff are the most helpful people I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They are so helpful. They even do extra things that need to be printed along with the labels, like reasons I am returning, etc. I don't even get invoices anymore so I have to create everything myself. I used to be able to just hand write everything myself on the invoices they sent and include them with the returns. they always print everything I will need, including a receipt for packages they've mailed. Even if I don't ask for a-receipt, I always get one. The woman who helped me today gave me plastic pouches to put the labels in before attaching them to the packages So nothing would happen to the labels if they got wet. Service is better than five stars. I think they deserve 10 stars for all the extra help they give! If they are eating lunch in the back and people come in for sssistance.they always come out and help them and interrupt their lunch. i've never seen that happen anywhere. I can't tell you how relieved I am that I have professionals that I can rely on to help get everything to wherever it is going. Thank you to the wonderful staff at pak-n-ship!!! This is the worst company I have worked with perhaps ever. It took them 4.5 months to replace my…read moremailbox box. I constantly had to chase them down to provide a service. Laura was condescending, rude and completely unhelpful. They installed the box and I texted because it was wobbly. I was very rudely berated for not knowing a "bracket" was damaged. Several texts like this later, the "owner" called. I was told by Jim that he sits next to her and she is not unresponsive. Even with dates and copies of emails/text going back 4 months, he would not hear of it. He talked over me and eventually told me to keep the mailbox and never call them again. He behaved like a teenage child. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

ASAP deserves a rating lower than one star. They installed new mailboxes in our neighborhood this…read moreyear. On June 28, 2023, our mailbox fell off of the post. It is now August 15, and it still is not fixed. We have called the HOA management company, HOA elected officials have called ASAP, and I have called ASAP. Pictures of the fallen mailbox to prove that it was not vandalized or hit by a car have been received by ASAP. I have sent a picture of the back so that Jim could identify the type of mailbox and the determine the type of repair necessary. Two weeks ago, Jim and/or Laura texted that a local handyman would repair it. Still nothing. It appears that ASAP has no intention of honoring their warranty nor providing any kind of customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE AGGRAVATION!
