$4 and change for 4 B&W letter size printed copies?? Thats what i was charged 0.25 per page and 3$ convenience fee. Ridiculous. I was never a fan of UPS, FEDEX does way better, learn! read more

I am very disgusted in the treatment that I received at this store. From the moment I parked with a heavy box. There was a male employee outside who wouldn't even dare open the door for me as my sister and I struggled with a heavy box. As we walked in the store we were greeted with a "what do we have here." This was the exact verbiage used to greet us. I tell the two individuals at the counter what I needed and proceeded with getting a label printed for my return. As we're waiting for the label to be printed another woman of a different race enters and is greeted completely different. She was greeted with "Hello, welcome in, what can I help you with." I hate to believe that we were treated different because of race but it was clear as day. The gentleman who helped me was nice and pleasant at the end but I still was disappointed with the initial treatment. read more

While some individuals may not care for UPS pricing, it is the reliability that you are paying for. Anytime we ever ship things out, we know it will be taken care of. Opposed to The United Postal Service, which often loses packages, especially in the Winter, we can be rest assured that it is handled appropriately and in a timely manner. The second time in 1 month I've come to this store during posted open hours and it was not open. Unreliable and unprofessional.

If i could give zero stars i would. My fiancé and I tried to come in with my service dog but were stopped at the door. The man said we were not allowed in with the dog, so we explained that he was a service dog. The man said "that's not a service dog" and closed the door in our faces. We held up his service dog certification card to the door and he still wouldn't allow us in. We came to this location on a Tuesday around 6:00. The man working should be reprimanded. Discriminating against us, and our working dog is despicable. that man is a dumpster fire and karma will come for him if Lucifer doesn't first. read more

Printed a document here and the system they use added a page number to the bottom which threw off the page number and formatting. Was told it was my fault. Rechecked the document, no problem. Went to FedEx across the street and document printed perfectly. Was not issued a refund, terrible customer service! Take your business elsewhere! read more

Went into the store May 4 2022 . one customer with lots of packages being helped and a lady waiting . Three staff , a customer comes in after me walks up to the counter and they begin to wait on him ! I objected and said " excuse me I was ahead of that man " A skinny white guy with curly brown hair and a base ball hat tells me I should be a the other register , I said "you were helping that lady down there so I waited behind her ". His response was " that's why we have 2 registers , if you are going to bring your attitude in here you can take your business elsewhere " This store had lazy arrogant workers 2 years ago and they all were fired , for a while they had nice polite helpful workers , it seems it is time again to fire rude employees ! They are answering the phone and going in the back to talk , ignoring waiting customers and are arrogant and rude . I WILL take my business elsewhere ! read more

I, like the other reviewers couldn't believe they wanted to charge $1.00 to tape a ups label on the package. I thought the guy was kidding, really!!! When he said he was serious, I laughed and told him I'll go to another UPS store because the one I go to will not charge me to affix the label. Total joke. Go to the store on Vanderbilt Road in the Publix plaza near Tamiami Trail North. They have sleeves that they can put the label in, affix it to the package and don't charge anything. Worked hard this morning to get all my Christmas gifts wrapped and in the mail. I thought I would save myself some time by going to the UPS store on Airport Road. When I arrived there were two people in line ahead of me. One of these was a grandmother who had a rather large box to mail to her grandchildren. They weighed and measured her box and told her that it would be $150.00 and that they could not guarantee delivery by Christmas. She asked if they could please tell her what the post office rate would be, they quoted her a price of over $200.00. She said, "really I can't afford that, the items in this box only cost $50.00". Needless to say, she left! Next, it was my turn. I was not looking forward to what they were going to quote me. I had 3 boxes, and started with the smallest. My box was going to cost me $80.00 with no guarantee it would get there by Christmas. I also asked for the U.S. postal rate to which I was told $101.00. Ummmmm..... Really! Again without guaranteed delivery! I said to the girl, "so if I go over to the post office that is how much it will cost me?" to which she replied "it will be a little less because we charge a small fee." Since the price was that high for my smallest box, I took my things and left for the post office because I knew if I mailed all of my packages there it was going to be over $300.00 without guaranteed delivery!!!! Get to the post office, and yes there was a line. I waited about 20 minutes dreading what this was going to cost me. Finally when it was my turn I started with my smallest box. The cost $25.25 with guaranteed delivery by Monday. My two larger boxes where actually less because they were being sent a bit closer to home. Total cost $50.00!!!!! Oh and all of them will be delivered by Monday! Seriously!!!!! The UPS Store considers $250.00 to be a "small fee". Needless to say, this did not make me happy. So, I took my little $50.00 receipt back to the UPS Store to let them know that this really was not appreciated. I told them what was really upsetting about this was that there was a grandmother who left the store feeling like she was unable to mail her package from there at UPS or at the post office! The response to me was "well I hope you packages get there." Really now....To which I replied "I am sure they will." Now I want to be clear about what I am upset about. I am not upset about the UPS charges, they can charge whatever they wish. My understanding is that this is a franchise. What I am upset about is them quoting USPS rates that are at least 4-5 times the actual cost! Normally I would have left tis alone and just gone home but, this is way out of line. So.... plan ahead, know that you may wait in line a bit, and save yourself a lot of money, take that money and give it to someone who is truly in need. Bye Bye UPS Store!
