PACKAGE" added to the bill to swap the phones, which was also not disclosed. Looking online, this is a junk fee that non-corporate stores will sometimes tack on to consumers they assume won't review the bill prior to paying. Buyers beware of the deceptive tactics used at this location. I have never experienced this at any other Verizon I've been to. Use a corporate location.

I did not receive a communication regarding the phone until I was emailed that my order was canceled because I didn't pick it up.
