So I pulled the battery and took it back to the store at 1811 Tamiami Trail Naples, and was told by a smart Mouthed Kid that the Battery was not under warranty!!!! On my receipt it states the battery is under warranty until 1/04/2027 !!! I was lectured by this smartass kid that the battery needed to be above 10 Volts for them to warranty it.... It's a small, tidy location across from the Cheesecake Factory that doesn't have a lot of traffic. It's situated in a sketchy plaza, but it's a good store and I'm glad we went in. I'm really happy with the very honest in-store recommendations we got esp for strip-lights. Everything he said was true about them I wish I took his advice lol! I can't speak for the other employees, but the one that helped us was nice and efficient and engaging as soon as we walked in. Thank you!

I ended up wanting a new phone with the biggest memory. The sales Momo helped by ordering a phone and it came 4 days later initially they ordered a 13. But I really wanted the 13 pro max they were able to return the old and order the right phone. With Michael Anthony helping to activate it a week later. I've had a few problems initially because with the new phone some how wasn't compatible with my old plan I was told by a good friend who manages store in Milwaukee do not switch my plan no matter what they say. It took about 3 different specialists to review my plan and eventually my persistence paid off. I spent 5 hours on one of the employees personal phone since my phone was being worked on and adjusted. My phone did work for a 3 months then all of a sudden on a Saturday I lost the data side of the plan while my phone still worked. I came back and the staff put me in touch with another account person that explained they will fix it today it required getting an updated plan so I was able to find a plan very similar to the one I had that. The first bill came and I found out that I couldn't get into my account so Mike helped me regain a new password and adjusted things to work greatly. They try their best to fix phone issues but sometimes things are out of there hands. For example our area I have only two towers that are not very close so I'm stuck with no signal in a galvaluminum roof. Unless the phone is at the windows may get 1 bar. At the moment I'm happy with all the services that this location has to offer. It's rarely under staffed with brief waits less than 2 customers long. Always check the tower maps you will have an idea of signal strength especially around your home and work place. 9/2022 Service 5 Location 5 Value 4
