On…read more10/15/2025 I returned it because it no longer had the cranking amps under load to properly start the bike. This particular battery carries a 2 YEAR FULL REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. I have purchased many of these same batteries in the past for my Harleys over the years and never had a problem until now. Chad, the guy at the counter load tested my fully charged battery and it tested at 13.1 volt and under load it tested at 313 cranking amps. This is a 400 cca rated battery. That's 87 cranking amps short of rated capacity. At that point Chad refused to honor the replacement warranty further stating that loss in capacity needed to be greater than 20%. I'm not really sure where Chad got his math education but 20% loss is still 320 amps and mine tested 313 amps. That's not enough to start a Harley Big Twin so essentially I now I have a $219 completely worthless battery that is ironically still under warranty. Apparently you don't get what you pay for at Batteries Plus anymore. Kind of odd that their website is filled with glowing reviews yet there is no provision for customers to leave reviews. Beware!

I do remember Brandon, the manager, helped as well. There was a bit of technical issues with the new wipers. The staff didn't make us feel as if we were any bother to them, they were happy to help. Excellent customer service! Oh, and by the way, the wipers we purchased were the exact same ones that they had at Advanced Auto that they said wouldn't fit...

I was told that the tech would return a week later with new battery charger . After months and months of back-and-forth, multiple phone calls, I was told that if I wanted to remove the batteries and bring up to them that they would charge up and then possibly replace the faulty battery charger. Batteries Plus Pine Island Rd.12-6-24…read more Buyer Beware. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had buying a Motorcycle Battery. I hadn't ridden my Motorcycle in 3 months but the last time I rode it everything was fine with the bike. When I went to start it a couple days ago, the lights and radio worked, but the starter just clicked. This has happened before, and I knew it needed a new battery as it was way over 6 years old. I checked around and decided to buy a new Battery from Battery's Plus. I stopped down and they sold me a new battery for 161 dollars with a 12 Month replacement warranty. Once home I started to open the box and I heard a rattle coming from inside the box. As I opened the box all the hardware as in bolts and nuts were out of the bag floating around inside the box. The hardware bag was not broken and as I took count of the hardware one nut was missing. This nut is a special size, so I made one in my shop to fit. I Installed the Battery and turned the bike ignition switch on and low and behold no lights, no radio. I immediately checked the Battery connections and Battery voltage. It was less than 3 volts. I uninstalled the Battery put it back in the box and stopped back at Battery's Plus with my receipt. I told them what happened, and they checked the voltage with their meter and came up with the same reading. I said I wanted to exchange the bad with another good battery. They said NO WAY. I asked why not and what about the 12-month warranty? They stated your battery is under 10 volts so and we don't know what you did with it so NO EXCHANGE AND NO MONEY BACK, STORE POLICY. I asked to speak a manager they said no manager was there. I said so I paid 161 dollars for nothing does that seem fair. They said that's the way it is. I called my credit card company, and they credited me back the 161 and they will dispute the charges. I WILL NEVER BY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN.
