If Office Depot can't have a scissor readily available at a paper printing operation that's helping small businesses do things it's just wild. You have one job. Printing things for small businesses. Nate was the Tech on duty and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He took the PC in and within 24 hours called me back on a Saturday with the diagnosis AND the cost to repair which included locating a replacement Main Board. By Tuesday afternoon I received the call that the PC was ALIVE and ready to go back into service!
