I shipped an oversize suitcase with them with all my essential interview dresses and things so it would get to the destination before me. They lost the luggage. Its been over 2 months. They have not found the luggage nor have they paid the meager insurance claim. When questioned, they say they looked for the luggage in the first 10 days and then it went to insurance claim. They could not even exactly narrow down to which location the luggage might have gotten lost. They are saying sometimes the Fedex scans the luggage when they pickup from a location and sometimes they don't scan (WTH!!). How else do they track if the FEDEX does not scan. My luggage left Manhattan where it was scanned, went to Brooklyn where it was scanned, went to New Jersey where it was NOT scanned. Ship & go is telling me they are not sure where the luggage is ..it could be anywhere new jersey or elsewhere since FEDEX does not always scan the luggage? So what is the tracking for? After 10 days of them doing nothing, your luggage goes to lost and found. When I questioned them if they have even checked with lost and found which they never even mentioned before they had some bs answer. I asked for the phone number of lost and found and details of the shipment so I can call myself and ask, they refused to give me information for my own shipment. STAY AWAY...So do not use them, stay away!! First I had memorable items in the bag which they have lost and not made any sincere attempts to find it. Number two, I have still not received my insurance claim, although no claim can replace the valuable stuff I had in my bag. I would NEVER use them again, its better to use airlines luggage check in, at least you know everything is scanned and tracked appropriately and you are not dealing with bunch of ill motivated brain dead employees with automated answers. read more

I went to Ship-N-Go for their live scan fingerprinting service, and these people are amazing! Due to my profession in health care, my prints are very hard to get and It is not uncommon for me to be called back for do overs. Chris was able to get a good set of prints the first time! When the local A Pack and Ship closed without notice, I was very disappointed as I had a postal box there, that business left a lot to be desired, for a variety of reasons, but it was located conveniently for me. When Ship and Go opened, that was a huge improvement, and the transition was as seamless as a address change could possibly be. The only change I would really like to see would be if they opened earlier on Saturday, but all in all, Its such an improvement to have a place that's actually open in the hours they say they are open, and to have great owners and be greeted with a smile every time. I hope I never have to change my address again, and I see no reason to ever try. I wish them all the luck in the world, but I don't think they'll need it. Thanks! Bob L. read more

This place is a local gem. The owner and his staff (I have never been there when the owner is not present and working hard) are exceptionally polite, professional and helpful. The owner, in particular, works to find you the best price for your shipping, the best priced products for what you need, and goes out of his way to deliver traditional, but outstanding customer service. And the greeting cards, and other retail items are good and well priced. They offer many business services, great for a seasonal customer base but are a year round resource for anyone needing help.
