Five stars for the thorough service today! All handled remotely and all handled perfectly. I needed to send someone to Pack & Send to notarize documents. Easy enough for me to email them for P&S to print and then their notary reviewed them, asked me some questions and then got the paperwork sorted. A few minutes later, we got payment details resolved and my paperwork is now on the way by USPS. I'm extremely pleased with the organization and professionalism of this transaction. This place has an employee named Hailey who is extremely unprofessional and rude. she threatened to cancel my fingerprints after they were paid for which she did and claimed no matter the review nothing would happen since she had been an employee for "10 years" ive never walked into a place and an employee refuses services just because! ive been trying to get in contact with the owner, i also filed a complaint with BBB. do not go here!! read more

First time here, needed to print out a label & tape my package up, thru were very helpful & inexpensive, will use them again!

I purchased a roll of stamps at this location (2/15/24) and they told me it $85.00 per 100 stamps. I specifically asked if that was the price you paid at the Post Office and all 3 employees said "the price went up January 1st. Since I didn't want to go to the post office at that time, I trusted them. When I got home, I found out the price was $68.00, just like I mentioned to them. I called the store today to see if they could refund the difference and the manager said the employees are unaware of the price mark up the owner charges. So bottom line is they are teaching, instructing their employees to lie and be deceitful to the clients. Do not use this place, poor customer service, deceptive. read more

BEWARE! If you are walking in the store while Haley is working, You will not get good customer service, You might not even get treated like a human being. The racism and disrespect that i got from her is unbelievable. I got called a F..... B.... because i needed help finding the right size box and when i asked for her name so i can report her she said "No and i don't care because i am quitting anyways" and more profanity. While she kicked me out she would say "Adios amigos" while making fun of my accent and recording the whole thing on her cell camera like it's a joke. read more

Nasty employee, Haley. Their website says they do printing but they do not have any of the standard applications needed to print. I came in this morning with a USB drive in order to print 11 documents (3 word, 8 pdfs) I was told that they havent been able to print from USB and it would be better to email. I left went home to email the documents because I wanted to be certain I included all of them as I was then shipping these documents via fedex. I came back 40 min later....When things started printing and they didn't look right the employee kept arguing that the files were received that way and she was just printing as received. When I asked why 2 pages printed without being cut off, She got an attitude and forcefully turned her monitor toward me to show me that it looked fine on the screen. When I asked if it was an issue with the scaling she stated "I don't know why people think we are a printing store" I advised her the website says that you can print. I went to pull up on the website that states they do "Full service color copies" She then got even more irate and said "I worked here for 9 years. I run the site i know what it says." When I told her I didn't appreciate how defensive she got and that I didnt want what was printed as it was not usable for a proposal, she said "you can leave. You're welcome for not charging you". She then threw the stack of papers at me and said "we dont have a shredder so you can take those" i told her that her behavior was disgusting and that I would be filling complaints.Horrible behavior from a human let alone an employee. I was here today 4/4/19 waiting in line and suddenly the lady working there started yelling at a customer over a box. The customer wasn't familiar with box sizes and apparently that triggered the associate to the point that she was yelling to the top of her lungs telling the customer that she should know all of this before coming to the store and being RACIST by calling her "Amigo" and other words. The customer kept asking for her name to report her and she repeatedly refused to give it out by calling her a B**** and saying that she doesn't care because she is quitting anyways and started recording with her cellphone. I've NEVER seen such disgusting behavior and poor customer service in my life i can't believe a person like that works in customer service and is representing this company. I walked out when the customer called the police and i will let all my friends and business owners hear about this. I hope that customer gets fox 4 involved that associate should not work in customer service anwhere. Update: The associate name is Haley. read more

I am not familiar with packages and mailing items. For the first time I sold 3 pieces off of ebay at once and for the life of me could not find the box sizes I needed. USPS only had flat rate boxes available which would of costed me a arm and a leg. I was so frustrated as USPS customer service absolutely SUCKS, and their employees are rude and don't care to help. So I saw Pack & Send on my maps and decided to go there hoping to find my boxes. I cannot stress enough how kind, professional and overall just a down to earth person Brittany is. She was the associate that helped me there today. I had no clue what I was doing and she was kind enough to weight and measure my boxes for me, and even printed out my shipping labels for me! If you want A+ customer service I recommend you go here, chances are you will be helped by Brittany and you will not be disappointed.
