I was recently at the shipping post and dealt with Laura. I was trying to send something to my stepmother and was a little stressed. she was very kind and patient. It is not the first time she helped me and I'm grateful for the personal touch the employees give to all of us. I know it gets crazy busy there. Thanks again Laura!! You make it easy to move through the process. ** not sure why it's saying I'm in San Francisco. read more

Updating my review of this wonderful, locally owned store! SW FL has been through so much with Hurricane Ian. Please support the local businesses who are doing their best to get through this tough time. The staff here are so warm and pleasant. Grateful to have them in our community and much happier to support the locals rather than a corporate chain store. read more

Always helpful and a great selection of one of a kind gifts. I have shipped large packages, bought stamps and had documents printed here and every time the staff is courteous and helpful! read more

Nicest folks in the world. They have provided us with so many different services including mailing items, notarizing our wills and powers of attorney. All with a smile. They also did my fingerprints for my nursing license at the other store. Just a pleasure to do business with! read more

I've been getting my mail here for 13 years and the staff here are friendly! They do get pretty busy during season so there may be a wait but they do have quite a lot of staff for a small business! read more

According to the employees they do not have internet therefore they cannot pull labels from my email for a package to be shipped

back to shipping post, -punta gorda, fl, after being away for 3 months, it has become worse than before!!! dispicable owner, mark dayton, hid in back while i attempted to use the printer for amazon return labels- free returns! i am very experienced using printers, i know exactly what i'm doing! download from phone to printer in the store, simple! not when the owner is hiding in the back and has intentionally shut down the printers!!! so it doesn't work... why? because owner, mark dayton, cannot scam me and charge $3.00 per page- including free labels from amazon! so- by his dispicable actions, he has sneakily denied me services that his store offers to the public! perhaps false advertising?!!?? after being there for 1 hour and 15 minutes, a task that would normally take 15 minutes total, elder employee finally prints 1- one, label for me, only because he knows that i just saw owner, mark. sitting in the back controlling the mechanisms for both printers- shut them off! now- i see the truth of a dispicable business owner! it costs me to print myself less than $1.00. he and i have had this same issue in the past...useless.... greed does not make any business successful. employees are instructed by owner to say "i don't know" why they are not working, when female employee just printed something for another customer! deceitful lying- customer service is what it's all about for an owner to be that sneaky is beyond hateful!!!! are employees afraid to tell the truth for fear of losing this crap job? pity them, mr. "cheapskate" probably only pays minimum wage! to lose business because you are refusing a customer the services you offer is "prejudice" a violation of my civil rights and a case/complaint for the better business bureau to investigate, along with the florida state attorney general's office- consumer services. and- i need to pay uber for a ride, employees know this. so i pay for my transportation then get 1(one) return label so am able to return 1 item. this "trip" to take care of my business has cost me over $50.00, and still need to go somewhere respectful to print! employee knows what's going on- her response was: " go buy a printer at walmart"! what??? that's exactly why i came to the shipping post for..duh???! acting like "stooges" for the boss, owner, mark dayton is pitiful! he doesn't realize that his actions may lose his business- so much for the greed when you're left with nothing!!! customer service, professionalism, respect and honesty are what make a business successful! without- one will lose! and deservedly so!!! boycott this business is my recommendation!!!! stay far away, do not feed into owners scam tactics for him to be a money hungary scammer!!! P.S Services include PICK UP BY UPS PACKAGES! TO DENY THESE SERVICES, THE BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE DELETED FROM ALL UPS DROP OFF WEBSITES! read more

Love this store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Always willing to go that extra mile. Great gift shop too!

Once again, poor, overpriced service. I brought it to their attention and they completely ignored.

Went in here to ship a package and ended up getting custom embossed thank you card envelopes and customized surprise birthday invitations. I cannot say enough about Lori and the beautiful invitations that she created for my event. All of the staff were friendly & helpful. read more

I have been here many times and have been treated well each time however this time I was helped by the owner Lori. Just so you know I have a hard time hearing if there is any background noise and at this time they were busy. She asked me if I needed my items to be packed and I did not here clearly what she had asked and I responded and told her that I needed a box her response was rude and demeaning. She said in a sarcastic voice " "That would mean you need them packed" and then went off to the back with my items. I work in retail and ave run into a lot of instances where I think an answer to a question is ridiculous but I would never speak to customer that way. I am very disappointed and will not return and I will advise others to do so. read more
