Hailey was exceedingly rude from the start. I needed to ship a bracelet and asked which service would be the least expensive. Her nasty reply was, "I can't choose the service for you. " I said, "Fine but if you could give me an idea of the rates I could choose. ". Her answer (again nasty) was : "They're all within a few dollars". So I never did get an answer to my question. Then I asked about insuring the package for the value. Again nasty: "Go back where you bought it; they'll probably do it. ". I explained that I work for the company where I bought it. They do not. Then (nasty) she said, "Go to a pawn shop. "To my knowledge they do not do that. So I also question her knowledge. At that point I said I would go elsewhere. Hailey said, "You're really rude. ". Now I'd had enough so I said, "That's the pot calling the kettle black. ". On my way out Hailey said (very sarcastically), "Have a nice day. I love you. I had an interview with Sara Barker (owner) After the…read moreinterview, I was asked to do a "shadow shift" to see if I would be a good fit for the company. When I asked if this shadow shift was paid and if I was guaranteed the job, I was told it is "unpaid, but we will provide a gift card for your time" and that I was not guaranteed the job, that would be determined after the shadow shift. Per Florida labor laws, it is not legal to provide compensation via a gift card and anyone doing a shadow shift must be compensated at least minimum wages in legal tender (cash, check, or direct deposit). This was a $14/hr minimum wage job. These are very sketchy business practices. I wish the company the best of luck in finding reliable help in this economy at minimum wage and extremely high expectations! Save yourself the trouble and your own sanity...don't waste your time interviewing for this company unless you want to work for 2 hours, unpaid, and not guarantee yourself a job!

All she was doing was looking at the bluey ones. & one worker (that's not helping me), as I'm looking back & fourth to the lady that's helping me and watching my child, says "your kid is looking at the beanie babies" & I said "yup" & she proceeds to say "she's taking cards out" & I said "where?" Because my daughter didn't take ONE card out. & she said back, "I need to watch my kid". HOW RUDE. My kid is looking at the beanie babies.
