From not putting my partners name on our renters insurance, to forgetting the additional interest. They sold as a Milewise policy, but apparently their devices aren't compatible with all vehicles. Didn't do any research on that and sold it to us anyway. They then began charging us 40 miles a day, without even a heads up. They do not care about their customers nor their own employees. Seems like everyone I've spoken to such as Vanessa, Kristen, and Jonathan all hate their lives and that's a reflection of the owners. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because of Keeli who apparently no longer works there. She was incredibly kind, seemed to care about her job, and always found a solution for us. I'm always speaking to someone different now which leads me to believe that people don't want to work their for more then a few months. I will never insure anything with them again, and will deter anyone from even considering Allstate.
