I now have permanent damage to the back of my phone and they even asked me to play another $110 dollars to fix it after I had already payed $150. Surprised they wouldn't fix it for free after they blamed their mistakes on me "mishandling" my phone when there was no damage except for the lens. It was the glue and poor repair that caused my phone to break. Not very trustworthy/reliable... if you break the back of your phone just go to Apple to avoid the mistake I made.

We chose two different models. Mrs. K wanted the phone with the best camera and a bigger screen. She chose the 16 Pro Max. I wanted a new phone, and the camera was not important to me. I shoot my pictures, which are important to me, with a DSLR. So, I chose the 16 with 256K of memory. I can instantly transfer my photos from the camera to the phone. Wow, I got that out of the way. The store is short-staffed, but we lucked out and were greeted by Victor, who helped us get the right phone model and the accessories we wanted and needed. The phones were not in stock but were ordered and delivered to the house. Victor gave us his phone number so we could set up an appointment to activate the phones. Victor failed to call us back twice. When he gave us his number, I was doubtful he would answer or call us back. Just too busy. So, we dropped into the store, and another associate put us together and spent the proper amount of time telling us what to do. Pricing is fair, service is good, not having the phones in stock was a bummer. Victor told us it would be 21 days before we recieved out phones. One came the next day the other came the following day. I am guessing it's corporate to overstate how long it will take to get the phones. Then, they exceed your expectations.

It was so nice to have someone answer the phone. I am not crazy about these automated tellers you get when you call a business, so it's nice to have a real person answer. This place is in the western side of the Walmart. This nice lady helped me out and completed the job. My phone case was not in great shape, so I wound up buying a new phone case also for a good price. Apparently this place does all types of tech repairs, not just for phones. And if you want to buy some fresh coffee, they sell it there also. I would recommend this place.

I was…read moregaurunteed that it was a real Apple battery and, even though my phone was just over a year old, I went ahead and let them replace my battery and screen. The guy got his fingerprints all over the new screen so he had to redo it While I was in the store... Then the worst happened. After i left the store, it kept flashing saying "foreign object/battery" basically warning me that it is not a authentic battery. 2 days later the phone died and when I went to Apple they said nothing they can do I must buy a new Iphone! I paid Techy/The Fix in the Walmart store in North Naples, $127.20 for this bogus battery, of which I requested a full refund. Especially as I had to buy a new Iponon for $655.08!! They never returned my phone calls, then I made a dispute with my credit card and Amex refunded me, however a week later Techy Estero (aka the Fix) charged me the amount again! They should have been happy I didn't go after them for the cost of my new Iphone aswell as the $127.20 they owe me for the bogus/fake battery! I am giving this company one more chance to refund me for what I paid them of $127.20 or I will go after them for the cost of the Iphone ($655.08)I had to buy... on top of the cost of their fake battery. Save the hassle, just go to the Apple store for the repair and your magsafe will still work and the phone will keep its waterproof rating.
