I figured this was okay, but over the course of a few days my phone got worse and worse where I couldn't even type a message to check on my family across the states. I contacted Jacob by phone, he answered very friendly. He had an issue with the location, but he did let me know he would there later than anticipated. He arrived when he said he would and stayed in contact with me regarding his ETA. Jacob remained a very professional demeanor and kept up pleasant conversation. I've had my screen fixed before, and Jacob pointed out the issues with what the previous location did, including using a non-apple screen and giving me a non-apple press button that deactivated my touch screen. It was complicated, really complicated, dealing with the tech people of one of the big commuicaton companies (we all know what that's like to tackle with, major headache). But Ryan hung in there every step of the way and had conversations with the agents I would have had no idea how to do. (Knows the lingo so he could move things along). I didn't drop my phone or anything so I called about it & they told me that I would have to repay for it. Upon further investigation the gentleman who did my phone did it very fast so I doubt it was done correctly. This is supposedly the only store with a "laser" that does back glass replacement but I never saw it be used. They also offer a "lifetime warranty" which by the way it's written sounds like they would replace it but when called they said no. Just don't go here. They clearly don't care about their customers.
