After rushing through the terminal to catch my flight, my egg fell down and shattered. Great! I figured this was okay, but over the course of a few days my phone got worse and worse where I couldn't even type a message to check on my family across the states. I contacted Jacob by phone, he answered very friendly. He had an issue with the location, but he did let me know he would there later than anticipated. He arrived when he said he would and stayed in contact with me regarding his ETA. Jacob remained a very professional demeanor and kept up pleasant conversation. I've had my screen fixed before, and Jacob pointed out the issues with what the previous location did, including using a non-apple screen and giving me a non-apple press button that deactivated my touch screen. Ugh! One thing I enjoyed was how quickly the replacement was done, and how it was done right in front of you!!!! Definitely call this man if you need your screen replaced. Thank you, Jacob!

My screen on my Iphone 6s responded at first to his new screen but after the 2nd day it went downhill. It eventually got so bad by day 3 it stopped responding to touch all together. The screen he used was junk. My previous cracked screen was better than this. My phone became unusable and I missed an entire day of work trying to get it fixed. Luckily the apple store got me back on track. If I had gone straight to the apple store it would have cost me less time & money than using Jacob.

    So my Samsung S20FE phone battery became swollen and was in immediate need of replacement although…read morethe phone was still operating satisfactorily, just the back cover had became unglued and was very loose due to the battery buldging out. Went online to search out repair facilities and spotted Batteries Plus nearby. Gave them a ring and they stated that they were in the process of receiving inspections at this new location and could help me next week. Just to get an idea, I inquired as to the cost of the service and was quoted $89 for the "OEM" battery and $69 for the labor,+ tax. ..OUCH! I called Samsung corporate to find out who they recommended or was an authorized service center. I was told the Best Buy and UbreakIfix in Kendall were two. So I made a required appointment at Best Buy. Upon meeting with the "Geek" member, I was told that they could not replace my battery because it could explode while prying it out of the glue down area inside the phone. I still asked what the cost would have been and the Geek said $69.00 + tax. I asked about any other repair options to get it fixed and he recommended UBreakIFix just a couple of blocks away. The Geek even stated that their cost of repair should be $69 + as well since they're Samsung Corporate authorized as well. So I scampered over to UBreakIfix to hear the following NONSENSE. Since the proper battery was not in stock, it had to be ordered which would take between 3 to 5 business days. On top of that, they are required to keep the device (my phone) for that duration and would install the battery upon its arrival. As a business owner, I need my phone as it is my lifeline to current & new business and could not be without it for that ridiculous length of duration. I asked the clerk why not just order the battery, I'd prepay it and once it arrived, I would bring my phone back for installation. He said their corporate policy does not allow that option. I must leave the phone until the repair is completed, no exceptions! Although there was no way in heck I was succumbing to this BS, I did want to verify what they would charge for this nonsensical service. I was quoted $99 + tax. I mentioned that I had just been to BestBuy and they quoted the corporate authorized rate of $69, the clerk said each repair place has different pricing. Having had enough wasting almost an hour and a half between BestBuy and UBreak, I bolted out of that unscrupulous dump and lo and behold, I received a texted quote via YELP from Martin at Fix Station for $50 + tax. I called him to verify what was included, required of me as far as deposit and my phones status. He mentioned the only issue for this day, Friday, 09/29/23, was that he did not stock the battery but could get it overnight and his service includes a 90 day parts and labor guarantee. He mentioned it would require a deposit. I told him that I am in Kendall and since his storefront is at the Florida City Outlet Mall food court, I would give a credit card over the phone. After mentioning the run-around I received at Best Buy and UBreakIFix, Martin realized I was exasperated yet sincere and I must of appeared to be trustworthy and true to my word and he said to not worry, he would order the battery and have it the next day by noon, would call me and/or text me upon the battery's arrival and then I could make the drive down there on 09/30/23 without leaving any deposit! The next day, Saturday, 09/30/23 @ 11:19 AM, I received a text and a phone call from the Fix Station stating the battery had just been delivered. I responded I'm on my way and would be there in less than an hour. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very professional, confident Martin who briefly explained and pointed out the replacement process and stated it would take aproximately 30 mintes to swap out/in the battery. So I went for a walk around the Outlet Mall where they are located, came back 35 minutes later, and BINGO!...good to go! As of this morning, almost 48 hours later on 10/02/23, the battery has been holding a full charge and does not appear to be draining any faster than the original one that Martin replaced. Although not nearby, the 20 minute drive down the pike was very pleasant and I feel truly lucky & blessed to have the pleasure of doing business with Martin.. I unequivocally, with the utmost merit, highly recommend Martin @ Fix Station....Believe me, you can't go wrong especially while saving time and money utilizing the services of Fix Station, starring Martin! Definitely recommend him haven't had no issues with the phones or the iPad we did we did an iPhone and we did iPad. Both came out in great shape. Excellent definitely recommend this establishing establishment and Mr. Martin as a person and professional very very impressed. Thank you, Mr.Martin
