I've been trying to get xfinity internet at my house for two months. It's the only fiber service…read moreavailable in my neighborhood and all my neighbors have it. The challenge is, the line has to go under the road to get to my house. We've had 6 technicians show up to install our service and they all say they can't do it because it has to go under the road. Each time, we call customer service to ensure they know it has to go under the road and they say, not to worry they'll be out xxx day to do the install. On the day, the tech shows up at our door and says he can't do it because it has to go under the road. We tell him the last 5 guys said the same thing and he says, I don't know, they just tell me where to go. So back to customer service and they tell everything is approved, they will be out on xxx day..... and so it continues. Each of these days, I rearrange my schedule to be here for the installation window and it's for nothing. If anybody from xfinity is monitoring these comments, I'd appreciate some assistance.

I had an issue with a charge that was still being applied to my account even after I had already closed my service, and I went to the store looking for help to resolve it. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get assistance, and in the end, they did not provide a solution. I was told to contact a representative myself, when I expected the staff at the location to guide me or help me through the process. The person who assisted me was not very empathetic and did not seem interested in understanding my situation. I felt a lack of attention, professionalism, and basic human consideration during the interaction. The manager also did not do anything meaningful to help resolve the issue. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for good customer service or support.

Beware, this was not disclosed to me and appears to be intentionally predatory -- I imagine they've received a great deal of complaints resulting in the additional all-caps disclaimer of ALL SALES FINAL (see attached photo). It is the business's prerogative to charge for services as they see fit, it is inappropriate however to not disclose these charges to a customer.
