I've been trying to get xfinity internet at my house for two months. It's the only fiber service available in my neighborhood and all my neighbors have it. The challenge is, the line has to go under the road to get to my house. We've had 6 technicians show up to install our service and they all say they can't do it because it has to go under the road. Each time, we call customer service to ensure they know it has to go under the road and they say, not to worry they'll be out xxx day to do the install. On the day, the tech shows up at our door and says he can't do it because it has to go under the road. We tell him the last 5 guys said the same thing and he says, I don't know, they just tell me where to go. So back to customer service and they tell everything is approved, they will be out on xxx day..... and so it continues. Each of these days, I rearrange my schedule to be here for the installation window and it's for nothing. If anybody from xfinity is monitoring these comments, I'd appreciate some assistance. read more

I cannot believe Xfiniti is even in business! The local store was busy, but was able to assist switching my cell service. The young man was pleasant and helpful. The installation of the home internet and customer service are terrible!!!! First, the technician did not show up. I received a text advising they were on my property, which they were not. Shortly after I received a text " sorry they missed me " like I was not home. I chatted with Xfinity stating I was home and that the technician never was there. After confirming my address on the appointment, which was correct, they said the technician was involved in a minor accident. Which is it? They were there or involved in an accident? Since we were still in my installation window, I asked that they still respond after the 'minor accident', install tech went to the wrong address, or just said forget it because the service install was on a Saturday. I got switched to four different representatives on the Xfiniti chat having to explain the situation over again to each. Finally, they called. They offered the technician contact info, but when they gave it it was my number. They disconnected and did not call back. I then got notified my ticket had been closed! They did not resolve anything and are totally clueless. I gave the review a 1 because going with a negative score was not an option. I wasted several hours with this company. read more

We made an appointment, but they were more interested in making sales than helping us transfer information from an android to an iPhone of which we did what we were told and purchased an unlocked iPhone off of Amazon! The sales guy handed us off to the manager, and the manager said yes, he would help us, but then turn right around and went into a meeting! Very bad customer service read more

We had the pleasure of working with Lou at the Xfinity store today, and he truly went above and beyond. We were visiting from out of state when my boyfriend's phone took an unexpected swim--an urgent issue since he runs his own small business. After making a return trip with the proper ID, we waited for Lou, who immediately impressed us with his clear explanations and persistence. When a technical snag came up that no one else in the store seemed able to solve, Lou stuck with it, listened to my boyfriend's suggestions, and worked through the problem until it was resolved--even staying half an hour past closing to make sure we were taken care of. It's clear Lou cares about his job, and thanks to his dedication, my partner can keep doing his. read more

If I could give no star I would!! I would avoid this location, especially, their sales person, Lou, who lied to us about the promo they offered Diamond members regarding "free" apple watches. I got two watches for family members that were on Verizon and before i purchased, I asked if there would be any additional fees,as we are being charged $10 to active watch as a phone, he flat out said no. I get back to Chicago only to find out these watches were not working as phones, if they were to work, my family members had to active with Verizon for an addition $10 fee for this service. So now, this is costing $20/month versus $10/month. When I reached out to Lou, he would not admit he misinformed us, he told me the only way to resolve was to contact Customer Service at 611. I find it so disgusting that someone would do this and cause me all the issues I had to deal with in order to return them.. Shame on you Lou! read more

He used to have Xfinity in Colorado as well Arizona. We moved to FL and tried a different company. We have decided to go back to Xfinity. I set up our appointment online and the equipment I needed. Our technician showed up, then told us he didn't have any of the stuff to install, (modem) etc. He left and told us to go into the store. We then drove to the store and spent over an hour trying to get a modem and information needed. Everyone in the staff but the manager were rude. Finally the manager took over to help us since NO ONE knew what they were doing. After an hour we had a new appointment for today from 5-7 and had a modem. We were told our storm modem would be mailed after install? Now, it's 7:35PM today and the technician never showed up. I have now been on the phone for 30+ minutes trying to get a new appointment scheduled for tomorrow. read more

Lost Wi-Fi service at 11am today originally the text indicated the service would be back at 11:50am.supposedly it came back on at 7pm. Mine didn't. Now, they are telling me that I'll have to wait until a person can come out to my house to fix it, when I say "they", I mean the text messages. You can't find a number to talk to a live person who won't either "put you on hold" or out right just hang up on you. The fix date options while texting Xfinity ranged from 7-14 days from today. I work from home and can't wait a day let alone 2 weeks for this to be repaired. We had a hurricane last week, nothing happened. But sunny day.... I'm going to the store tomorrow, if they can't get someone out to fix this same day all the news stations will be hearing about this. If I could leave less than a zero, I would. 15 days later, the Wi-Fi is out again. For now 5 hours. Crazy how it didn't go down with hurricane Idahlia but it's down now AGAIN. read more

I got rid of Xfinity, and went with the cheaper provider, They owe me a refund of 100+ and now they're trying to pay me back with a digital token. I told them I paid them in the current trading denomination of USD and that's how I wanted it back. I also told him if I don't get a check back, they can keep it And I hope they stick it where the sun doesn't shine. if I could not give no star I would, that store is awful! I bought an iPad and new iPhone, the store was closing and they could not help me set up anything. Finally, I was about to get back there after a frustrating 3 weeks . They weren't able to help me at all. Besides the fact you only have 14 days to return an item, I am now stuck with products I hate. After renewing the internet contract, was offered an IWatch promo. Liked what I heard and agreed to a new iWatch. Series 10 Rose with Lavendar band. Placed the order in store, Friday and a week later received the watch - wrong color and wrong color band. Sent a text to the agent who messaged he was leaving work "RIGHT NOW" Come back tomorrow. Wat? Drove to Xfinity anyway to speak with another agent. He rewrote the order stating he upgraded shipping to two day. This was on Friday. Already waited a week. Apple ships overnight Monday thru Saturday. Fedex delivers 7da/week. 4 days later, Monday afternoon, Xfinity website states the item has not shipped. Complete incompetence. There is no reason to wait nearly two weeks for an iWatch. Was billed two weeks ago! Apple could have shipped it to me over night. Xfinity customer service is the absolute worst. Comcast/Xfinity, This may be the worst company in the country, from the customer service to the store employee's to the actual service they are supposed to provide. They have a monopoly on the market in my area and something has to be done about it. I work from home like many others do, we depend on a reliable internet, doom on you if you are stuck with Xfinity/Comcast. My internet has been down every morning this week from around 8am to noon or so. No warning, no nothing just in the middle of working and bam cut-off. Try to contact customer support and guess what? You cannot talk or chat with anyone until service is restored which leads me to believe they knew it was going down, took it down and disabled customer service so you could not complain or ask any questions about the service. In other words they are saying, we know our service sucks soo bad that we have implimented a plan for the constant outages. I will attach a screenshot of the message. I click on the request a credit for outage button, put in the dates of the outages and guess what? You're not eligible for a credit. what?!?! What qualifies you as eligible? I guess the button looks good like they actually care that ther people working from home are losing money while they rake in billions. Billions you say? Yes in 2021/22 Comcast was worth 155.57 billion. But screw the little guy, we'll throw a fake button up and act like we care. We live in southern Florida and went through hurricane Ian (one of the worst cat 4's) we lost power and internet (obviously right?) for weeks. Comcast was putting out all these ads saying how they are here to help their customers, comcast cares blah blah blah. I happen to have my internet and cell phone service all bundled through comcast/xfinity. I'm thinking hey I can just hotspot my phone and connect to it so I can keep working. So I do and soon after I start to run out of data, I think to myself hey, comcast/xfinity is here to help their customers I bet they'll give me extra data to get me through this until we get service restored. Well think again, I asked 3 different times and they said sorry, we don't do that but hey we will help you and give you a credit on your bill. Ok cool, they're gonna give me a free month or something off my 200+$ bill. Nope, 10$... 10$!! what am I supposed to do with 10$? lol. I ended up having to drive to Miami and rent a hotel room so I could use their wifi and work from my hotel room. they care they helped hurricane Ian victims, HA! PR bull$%^& is all that was. I have a friend who is a linemen/cable guy that works for a company that works for comcast, during the hurricane there were an abundance of lines that needed restored as you can imagine. I see on the news there are all these linemen crews from out of state here to help. Then why is it taking months to get our service back up everywhere? Well my friend tells me it's only their company and 1 or 2 others working for comcast because they refused to pay the other companies/linemen/cable people a legitimate price... A 155 Billion dollar company who is here for hurricane victims and dedicated to getting service back up refuses to pay the guys here from out of state. The store near my house is in complete disarray, you walk in and always see an angry customer shouting at an employee. So I go in to get a new phone cause my 5year old phone wore out. I pick it out and they take it over to the cell phone guy to put a sim card in it. You know that little hole you have to stick a wire in to get the sim card to pop out? Well guess what else looks just like that hole? The microphone! You guessed it, the guys starts sticking the wire into the mic hole, I tell him, hey wrong hole! (wonder if this is a common problem for him). Well they tell me the mic is fine, won't exchange it for a new one and just say if it doesn't work bring it back... Another time my bill goes up out of the blue, I ask why, they tell me because that was a new customer promo and it expired (so essentially you get punished for being a loyal customer, but hey who else are you gonna use?). I am told by an employee, yeah it's BS but you can cancel your account bring all your equipment down here and then restart your service to get the promo price back. How does this logic in a company stay in business? Simple, they have a monopoly on the market. I could go on and on but you get the point, we need a better choice, this is in my opinion an evil corparation who holds money above all else and could care less about their customers. read more

I don't understand that you have an app to send you a text message, saying hey your reschedule for next week two minutes before the appointment time and then on top of that they're charging me $100 for the connections. After they screwed up my schedule. Now I have to wait almost a week just to get service. This is so bad I wish I can dump them but I need the service because there's no other company that provides Internet service in my area. When I called the company, I get somebody in a different country that is insane for American cable company that can hire people from another country. Xfinity was always my least favorite place to go because of lack of customer service. I came in to upgrade my service and was dreading it. However, Matthew was of great help. He took the time to listen to what we needed and got us in and out within a half hour. I had such a great experience with him I even opened another account for a family member and opened a work phone line with him. He's a great example of someone who takes pride in their job! My app for my comcast email somehow disappeared about two months ago. I was unable to get it back again, even with google instructions and stopping at a T-mobile for assistance. I made an appointment with this service center. My greeter escorted me to Christian's area. He was completely able to add this feature once again to my iphone 11 without any hesitation! He is friendly, helpful and of course, technical as well. I heartily recommend this business for any of your comcast/xfinity needs. read more

This location needs new management. Room full of customers but the staff left because it was 5:00 PM. No other staff came in. So stuck in line with few staff and one dedicated to Spanish speaking customers. So go only when desperate. Not to mention trying to do anything on a phone. You are sent to Timbuktu... read more
