I've been trying to get xfinity internet at my house for two months. It's the only fiber service…read moreavailable in my neighborhood and all my neighbors have it. The challenge is, the line has to go under the road to get to my house. We've had 6 technicians show up to install our service and they all say they can't do it because it has to go under the road. Each time, we call customer service to ensure they know it has to go under the road and they say, not to worry they'll be out xxx day to do the install. On the day, the tech shows up at our door and says he can't do it because it has to go under the road. We tell him the last 5 guys said the same thing and he says, I don't know, they just tell me where to go. So back to customer service and they tell everything is approved, they will be out on xxx day..... and so it continues. Each of these days, I rearrange my schedule to be here for the installation window and it's for nothing. If anybody from xfinity is monitoring these comments, I'd appreciate some assistance.

The installation of the home internet and customer service are terrible!!!! First, the technician did not show up. I received a text advising they were on my property, which they were not. Shortly after I received a text " sorry they missed me " like I was not home. I chatted with Xfinity stating I was home and that the technician never was there. After confirming my address on the appointment, which was correct, they said the technician was involved in a minor accident. Which is it? They were there or involved in an accident? Since we were still in my installation window, I asked that they still respond after the 'minor accident', install tech went to the wrong address, or just said forget it because the service install was on a Saturday. I got switched to four different representatives on the Xfiniti chat having to explain the situation over again to each. Finally, they called. They offered the technician contact info, but when they gave it it was my number. They disconnected and did not call back. I then got notified my ticket had been closed! They did not resolve anything and are totally clueless. I gave the review a 1 because going with a negative score was not an option. I wasted several hours with this company.

Beware, this was not disclosed to me and appears to be intentionally predatory -- I imagine they've received a great deal of complaints resulting in the additional all-caps disclaimer of ALL SALES FINAL (see attached photo). It is the business's prerogative to charge for services as they see fit, it is inappropriate however to not disclose these charges to a customer.

Pulled over and barely had a chance to retrieve it. It still was "alive" but the screen was completely shot. Next morning I went to the Verizon store on Cape Coral Pkwy and Morgan greeted me and assured me I would be back in business in no time. She was fantastic in getting an S25 phone , which was quite similar to my S22. Within a short time I was back in action with my new S25. It is not always easy getting a new phone because we are all used to our current one. Morgan showed me the ways and abouts of this new model and I greatly appreciated it.
