Went back and waited an hour to talk to an service rep who could have cared less. I asked to talk to a supervisor she comes back 10 minutes later and tell me he does not have time to speak to me.I called customer service and they said they would send out a tech at no charge.Came out,did not fix the problem and charged me $100.00. I had an issue with a charge that was still being applied to my account even after I had already closed my service, and I went to the store looking for help to resolve it. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to get assistance, and in the end, they did not provide a solution. I was told to contact a representative myself, when I expected the staff at the location to guide me or help me through the process. The person who assisted me was not very empathetic and did not seem interested in understanding my situation. I felt a lack of attention, professionalism, and basic human consideration during the interaction. The manager also did not do anything meaningful to help resolve the issue. Overall, this was a very negative experience, and I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for good customer service or support.

I have to be honest, I've always somewhat dreaded going into any Verizon store due to how long it usually takes to get a new phone but this store is so efficient and friendly, it didn't seem long at all. These two men are wonderful representatives of what Verizon employees should be like and we gave them new nicknames "Hot Rod" and "Greg the Great". Next morning I went to the Verizon store on Cape Coral Pkwy and Morgan greeted me and assured me I would be back in business in no time. She was fantastic in getting an S25 phone , which was quite similar to my S22. Within a short time I was back in action with my new S25.
