    We a terrible and misleading sales experience at this store recently with salesman, Codi, on…read moreFebruary 6, 2026. After shopping at another store to upgrade 2 phones during a promotion and being told one of the phones wasn't available for a month and the other was out of stock, we called this store to check on stock availability. We were told on the phone by salesman Codi that 1 phone was in stock and the other was available in 2-3 business days so we left the store we were at and drove to this store to do our business. We upgraded both iPhones with Salesman Codi after being assured by him and his manager that the phone on promotion, the iPhone Air, would be delivered to the store within 2-3 business days..."probably by next Tuesday" we were specifically told. Before making the deal to purchase the iPhone Air, my wife asked about trading her phone in on something else so she could leave that day with a new phone and Codi told her that her old phone wasn't worth anything as a trade in so the iPhone Air was her best deal. We left with 1 phone in hand and the other expected in 2-3 days. After receiving no call from the store on the following Wednesday, I checked the order status online. The iPhone Air wouldn't be delivered until sometime between March 6-13, 2026. After checking with other stores in the area and finding out the iPhone Air promotion was over, we stopped back into the AT&T Store this week on 2/24/26 to speak with Codi. My wife asked him about the order he promised in 2-3 days more than 2 weeks earlier. He pretended to be surprised that there was a delay. (All other AT&T stores including the original store we stopped at BEFORE Codi said those phones were on back order and would be at least a month for delivery except for Codi) My wife told him that we had been clearly lied to in order for him to get the sale which he denied. We asked him if there was anything that could be done about the order and gave him my ID and account password so he could access my account. After pulling up my account he said he could NOT access my order without the order # which I didn't have with me. I found that hard to believe when he could access everything else on my account but the iPhone Air order. He told me my order verification for the phone order had been sent to an email on a user's account that wasn't authorized to make changes on my account until I pointed out that the only person who made ANY changes to my account was HIM when we bought that user's new phone 2 weeks prior. He then retracted that story about my verification email. My wife made a comment out loud to another customer that they shouldn't do business there because they would "lie to you to get your business" and Codi said "You can leave now." I asked if there was a manager available to speak with and he said there wasn't. A female saleperson who was working with another customer at the time also called out my wife for being rude and told my wife to leave the store and my wife did. I asked Codi to help me as I tried calling AT&T customer service while I was there because he earlier said if I had my order number, he could talk to customer service and have our phone order expedited. After my wife made the rude comment and left, Codi refused to work with me again as I waited in the store on hold for about 15 minutes with AT&T trying to get my order number for the iphone Air. I gave up and left after being on hold for 15 minutes. I suspect Codi refused to work with me because he told us another lie about being able to expedite our order. When asked about a manger to speak to and being told there wasn't one, Codi told us the manager, "Mike", would be in the store the next morning and we could speak to him then. My wife called AT&T the following morning and filed a complaint and this experience. She was told the only avenue to avoid dealing with this particular store again due to her new phone being sent there was to cancel the order so she did. The order was canceled. She went to a different AT&T store and discovered that the iPhone Air promotion was over BUT her old phone was actually worth $350 toward a trade-in.....not $0 as Codi told her......and she left with an iPhone 17 in hand and the $350 covered the cost of her upgrade. Yes, this could and should have happened back on February 6th when we first stopped at this store but salesman Codi had his own agenda that didn't involve what was in OUR best interest......he was trying to make his own sales numbers look good at our expense! If I could rate this store negative stars, I would but I can't. Not only does CODI lack any honesty and credibility in his customer service, according to AT&T customer service, there isn't any manager at this store named Mike. We were lied to so many times and both times we were there, we've lost count. I have been loyal a AT&T customer for more than 35 years.
