Andres was very helpful on the phone when I called asking for help. He encouraged me to come in even though it was close to closing time. Upon entering the store Julio helped me. He was able to easily fix the issue I was having. He then showed me how to make sure my phone was backed up (which it wasn't!). He was very helpful and kind. I would just like to say I had the best experience this past Saturday at my local t-mobile. When I arrived I wasn't in the best mood, my phone was toast, French toast . But the service I received from the team at gulf coast town center was amazing. Dani C. I'm trying to decide if Christian is completely incompetent or just a cheat. After lying about my phone not working due to age and the techs convincing me it can't be fixed, I grudgingly purchased a new iPhone 14. Only the same problem happened with the new phone. Turns out the issue was ALWAYS T-Mobile and the plan they'd had me on. Easy fix for those who aren't morons. Only cost a $70 restocking fee. $70 for listening to "the experts". We're with consumer cell. T-Mobile put phones on pay plan without interest and transferred everything from old to new. Got credit for 5 yr. Old phones. Service is excellent along the entire west coast of Florida and into the center of the state. We spend about 2/3 of old company $.$$ with data limits we can't possible use. Note: they hav a spam app that does a fair job of blocking. It's "free". read more

Walked into this location to BUY two $750 LG phones. We already knew what model we wanted and waited 15 minutes only to be told we could not buy the phones until someone else was done looking at other phones ??? Showed up 9/15/21 to have make some changes to my plan, 4 attendants and no customers, I ask can I make some changes to my plan, I was told to call the customer service number, seriously? If was buying a new phone or upgrading or anything that would have involved T-mobile make money then of course, its happy to meet you sir, how can I help you sir.
