At 640 as we were trying on clothes an associate came over and said "Ya know we close in 15 minutes" With a real bad attitude. I said wow I've been in retail my entire life and I would never say that to a customer. She then said OH WELL! Oh well we spent over 500$ Also my friend purchased a sweater with palm trees and another sales girl said well what are the people going to think when you wear the sweater with palm trees in New York. What a dumb unprofessional thing to say. Well Anthony's you need to do a better job training your staff with regards to customer service and maybe give some pointers on what not to say to a customer.

I have previously shopped for all of my bras exclusively at Soma in Miramar outlets…read more I went in the store last week with my husband. and I have never been so disappointed in my experience! I was looking for a bra with a lower back strap for a gown that has an open back. When I asked "do you have such a bra" they responded No. They didn't ask the right questions. The younger inexperienced clerk even looked at the back strap of the Soma Bra I was wearing which had a size 36DDD on it. I was looking for a bra that didn't have padding. I tried on 3 bras. She never tried to find a bra for me! I was a Real Buyer! The older woman there, obviously a manager didn't try to help AT ALL. In fact it seemed she went to hide in the back! I am a very disappointed customer! I would say you need a new manager! The selections are so vast you need a customer service gal that knows her inventory and can help a customer find what they NEED!

The two ladies that run the fitting rooms up stairs are in the wrong line of work and need to be fired if I'm being completely honest. This started because I wanted to try on a hat in the fitting room with the bigger mirror since the thin mirrors around the store were covered in dust. The two ladies not only ignored me waiting but judged me as soon as they saw I was waiting to try on a hat. They finally let me in and I was in there a total of 4-5 minutes before one of the ladies started cussing and yelling at my friend in the store before opening the fitting room on me before I was even done! Not only me but the poor girl in the fitting room beside me. My friend overheard them talking crap about me being in the fitting room so she tried twice to de-escalate the ladies but one of the ladies ended up CHARGING at friend trying to initiate a confrontation! We walked out immediately and left all the merchandise we were planning on buying since they turned us off to buying anything at all. I then went over to the other Surf Style to report the ladies behavior and the lady at the front desk was understanding and handled the situation professionally. If you want my recommendation, go to literally ANY other Surf Style location for better service! Avoid the two story Surf Style!

We swung in this gift shop on the way back to grab some souvenirs for the family. The place is super nice and the staff was great. The prices were not driven up to take advantage of tourists. They were actually great prices! I'm originally from Daytona/Orlando so I know 100% about how tourists are taken advantage of a lot of times. So we picked up a few extra things. They had a great hat sale going on so we grabbed some of those as well. When we got to the counter to pay there was some confusion about the price of the hats. There was no big deal made about it and we continued purchasing the hats. We get it. Mistakes happen. The owner happened to be listening and stepped in. He immediately expressed his concern for the confusion and took my wife and myself back to the hat area and gave us each a hat of our choice. We politely refused but he insisted. In case you don't know Sanibel was decimated by a hurricane in 2022. Literally wiped out. For this guy to make sure things were square with us even though we never asked nor expected anything showed us the true spirit of the locals after what they have been through. Definitely swing by here if your in the area! They sure would love to see you! Awesome experience!

I…read morebough 2 tee shirts and 2 towels for 60.00. the tee shirts were on hangers when I handed them to the cranky cashier so I didn't notice that both were damaged, waded and had slight water stains. When I called the owner told me to send photos, which I promptly sent. have not heard back and he will not respond to calls or texts. He has zero integrity!!!! He said he doesn't ship, ok fine, I suggested sending them back or reimbursing me for just one tee shirt, I would live with the other but now could not give them as gifts, which I had intended. needless to say, I am disgusted and disappointed. I hope they go out of business or get washed away in the next hurricane. either way, please don't shop there!!!!
