Personally, I thought the store is too big, a tad on the overwhelming side. Despite that, the variety of products is lacking. The regular souvenirs (magnets, Xmas ornaments) are very generic and on the pricy side for what they are and for Florida general prices. So I skipped getting any! T-shirts are decent quality, but prices are also a tad too high. Not enough people working here for the huge space. Lots of merchandise, but pretty much more of the same. Parking lot in front.

After trying it on and walking around the store I went to the checkout area. One sales person was checking out a customer. One was doing some paperwork and another was just straightening up things. Obviously standing there no one greeted me or questioned my presence. Not until I asked if I could check out did I get any service. My friend then stood by paper work person. No response. She moved to my line thinking she would be next. The sales person actually LEFT the checkout area after helping me! Ignoring my friend. I had to go over to her and get her attention. Very odd staff. Felt they were only attentive if you had an aura of money. Forgot to add my other friend would not buy anything in the store because earlier this month she was reprimanded by a staff member for taking a picture of a shirt she thought her mom would like but she is home bound and unable to shop. You have to trust my review and impressions. Regatta is hard to miss if you stroll in downtown Naples. It has a bit of everything: nice home decor, jewelry, purses, souvenirs, t-shirts. Prices are a tad higher, but the quality of the items is nice. We got a wallet to offer as a gift since it looked more unique to me. Nice displays, no one bothers you while you browse, they also play cool music, so it makes it for a fun shopping experience. Nice store in Naples!
