0 stars if possible. We keep saying "this is our last time" .... But we continue to try again with them for convenience. Tonight we went to get a cart, all 6 left had trash or something nasty in them. Basket it is? Toddler, pregnancy, needing to do a good grocery run... super inconvenient but whatever. While shopping I went to use the restroom. CVS restroom is closed. Fine. Went to the front, the first stall has toilet paper on the toilet and on the floor. Next toilet has pee all over the floor and yellow toilet paper. Third stall has no toilet paper and pee all over the seat and floor. Handicap stall has a plunger laying in front of the toilet and blood on the seat. This one I thought might be the most tolerable (being 7 months pregnant when you gotta go you gotta go) but then I seen there's no toilet paper. That was the cherry on top. Another woman was looking at the unsightly seen too and I said I'm going to go ask for help. I brought this to the attention of an employee walking by and she said they will get to it in a bit. What!?!! Okay. I'll just hang out? Nope. Left my half full cart, only got the milk and left. No more $ for them. For good. The time before this when husband and I went to make a return, the employees were chatting about their weekend plans the whole time we were being helped. We felt like we guests were the interruption. Like inconvenient for being there. With the bellies showing and the lack of guest involvement... it was terrible service. Do guests not come first anymore? It was an easy return. First stop on the hunt for pickled red peppers. Yep, they're mom's favorites and they can be hard to find. Nope, they do not have them on sale here. I quickly browsed to the Target app and found that they are in stock at a different store so we headed there. In the meanwhile, this store IS quite well stocked. Clean, tidy, bright. Clothing was organized and neatly folded with no merchandise on the floor. Food aisles were neat and organized with clear prices. At the register, short lines and quick service. Most stores have those small can scattered all over the place? Who faces their shelves? AMAZING! Update again: just in case the other night was a fluke, I came by again to pick up some last minutes items. I enjoy this Target better than the others in Fort Myers. They recently "remodeled". It looks better than before, but the checkout area still needs some help. This target is usually better stocked than the one at gulf coast. Always a good idea to check if the item is in stock on the app before going anyways. They also do a much better job of having clean shopping carts available than the others. read more

I had to get 8 16 ounce market pantry Parmesan, and the entire shelf's stock was expired. Yesterday was 9/13/22. These are 7/24 mostly. They expired MONTHS AGO. Lots of gossiping in the aisles rather than facing, checking expirations, or picking up carts. Estero has a great operation, as does the north Naples one. Are they nice? Yea. I came here to pick up the Christmas gifts that my sister has sent and she was telling me that target will give you a certain percentage off of your toys if you buy a certain amount which I thought was really good it definitely help you not spend a lot of money because they're giving you a certain percentage off. I love walking around in target and just looking at all the things that they have to offer I remember when I was 21 years old I have bought some clothes and shoes out of target and I still have those clothes and shoes now and I'm 27. Target can be pricey but they have really good quality clothes and shoes and they have a lot of good stuff. One thing I can say is a lot of stores like Walmart don't cater to vegans even though they do have vegan meat now but target definitely caters to people who are on different types of diet. read more

Just a mom trying to exchange diapers for the correct size while carrying over 200 in hand, yet passing about 10 staff walking all the way across the store because the second entrance is closed to find out they aren't excepting exchanges. It seems odd to review a Target, but I come here so often I figure it's worth a review. It's great to have a Target down the street from my home, but it's even more wonderful having a "Super Target!" This store is bigger than your average Target because in addition to all your home, clothing, electronic (etc etc) needs, it's also a full-fledged grocery store. I was skeptical about buying my groceries from here at first, but I've found they offer deals and prices comparable to Publix. I think when it comes to buying a generic brand, I'd opt for Target's "Market Pantry" over Publix's store brand. When I'm not shopping for groceries, I like going to this Target for any other need under the sun. The dressing rooms are always clean (a difference from the stores I frequented in Baltimore and Miami) and I feel like the stock changes frequently (at least for women's clothing). All the staff I've met have been friendly, but they're not overwhelmingly present. Sometimes that's a good thing when I know what I want and don't need help, but other times I think it would help to have more people on the floor. The check out lines are fairly quick, but for whatever reason the slowest always seems to be the line for customers with less than 10 items. Definitely a great place to have nearby. If you only have time to go to one store when you're running errands, I'd say this is the place you should definitely head! read more

This five stars is going out to your customer service counter. I had an issue with a product and you took care of the exchange without a hitch. My local target, in another state, gives you the third degree, just when you're asking a question. Forget trying to get service. But this was not the case at this Ft Myers Target. Your department should serve as an example of excellence and model to train other target stores. read more

A Target is a Bullseye is a Happy Little Dog store. I can't believe I've not "reviewed" this one yet. Parking lot is spacious because it is shared with a few other stores in the plaza, but you can always find a spot. Store is always clean and a lot of the employees are very helpful (everyone is entitled to their "off" day). There is nothing really to complain about; they have some selections other Targets don't, when other Targets have selections this one doesn't. It's a crap shoot for discounted items (like after holiday markdowns can be 70% here and 60% somewhere else, or 50% here and 70% elsewhere). I've found some nice stuff at this location and always go back when I'm in the plaza. read more

I had problems with an employee in the tech area. My wife's phone stopped working. We checked in at the tech area of The Target located on Tamiami Trl, Ft Myers, FL. Turns out he was helping AT&T . Told us we needed new phones and he had an AT&T plan for us that would end up costing less than the Verizon plan we were on. He also gave us his cell phone number to text his if we had a problem. We did have problems, but he rarely responded to our texts. Ended up costing us more for the plan. Since then I have tried to contact AT&T, the Target store and Target headquarters. Have heard nothing from the Target store where we were signed up for the plans, headquarters just referred us to AT&T. I ended up callings AT&T. Apparently Target on Tamiami Trl cares little about what happens in their store. Once a sale takes place they forget about the customer. read more

It's just like all other Targets, but there is ALWAYS something wrong at this one. First of all, they never ever ever have enough checkout lanes open, and that's when nothing has actually gone wrong. Once, only one register was operational. Or the people in the deli will randomly decide it's time to close up, and put everything away at like 6 o'clock. Or there will be no fresh meat in the coolers, for no apparent reason. But mostly, the lack of open checkout lanes. It is not uncommon to spend more time waiting in line than actually shopping. read more

I asked the clerk why only two registers open and both in te middle of the store. why not at the ends and she said customers do not like to walk to the end but the only way out of the store is at an end. It's a Target and we are fine with Target. However, we made the mistake of buying ground beef there rather than going to a grocery store. The product has some type of red dye in it that defies the rules of nature. No matter how long you grill it the stuff stays red. It oozes out of the meat in a foaming pink slime. We decided not to eat it. In fact, even the dog walked away from it, and he eats anything. The FDA needs to look into what they're doing to make their meat "appear" fresh. read more
