Christy met us at door and listened to us carefully and was extremely knowledgable about the products at her location. She was very comprehensive in her approach to accommodate us, coming from a more fact based approach rather than from a promotionally based, fast talking, feel good approach. I found Joy to be friendly, professional, & knowledgeable. The shoppe hours are posted for all to see on Yelp, Google, Facebook, etc. They are Tuesday thru Saturday from 10:30 AM to 4 PM. Our sales person, Michael Laut could not have been nicer or more professional. He never once pressured us and was always helpful with anything we asked. We ended buying a BDI entertainment cabinet for about $2300, but then needed it quickly. Michael explained their trucks were already scheduled but he would find a way to get our cabinet to us by the end of the following week...and he did! The delivery guys were incredibly polite and extremely careful. The cabinet looks beautiful and the whole experience was VERY positive. We will be shopping their again and highly recommend this store and especially Michael Laut.
