It's easy to go from buying toothpaste to groceries without doing a lot of searching. Parking is good at this store and it's not hidden by side streets. You can get right out to Pine Ridge Road and be on your way. The employees are helpful and friendly, I did have to ask one of them where an item was, but they knew right off and didn't pull out their phone. Target has good products without breaking the bank. I like shopping here for the variety of quality items like shampoo or skin care, then being able to grab some groceries. Having Starbucks in the stores makes shopping better, and the locations around town make it easy to shop.

They have an amazing collection of shoes, with top designer names, Tom Ford fragrance which is hard to find and a variety of clothes from the best designers. I was just trying to see if they could tell me if they carried the item and would enable an exchange in the store. Never heard back from the concierge either. Perhaps this is why Saks is failing? I keep hearing that stores cannot staff sufficiently and that is why things have changed, yet in the Naples store I see quite a few sales people just standing around, so maybe they just don't know how to recruit and train staff well. And I find other stores have great staff who are happy to work with customers, while they are shopping or looking to shop in store. I am saddened by this most recent incident as it is probably going to lead to another former great store being gone from the landscape in Naples.

I found the staff at the fitting rooms, and the checkout counter to be helpful and friendly. In addition to the Lily clothing, there are racks and racks and racks of other clothing items. It is literally the size of a department store! They also have an entire wall of shoes and a section devoted to furniture and small household items. I didn't have time to shop too much more because we were there literally 20 minutes before closing, but I will be back the next time. I'm in Naples.
