I politely explained that I had not received any text, and the conversation felt awkward after that. Also..... When I arrived at the store, the atmosphere didn't feel very welcoming. One of the employees stayed focused on the computer and didn't acknowledge me, which made the experience feel dismissive. The consignment process itself was also very underwhelming, including the offer I received for my items. Overall it just wasn't a positive experience, and I left feeling like customer service could have been much better. Unfortunately I wouldn't return and I was pretty excited at first.

The store has this ridiculously bright and open vibe that makes everything seem even more beautiful. The store has a handful of local designers which makes shopping in there rather fun. Last week I bought an item for $166.00. The next day a few doors down I saw the same exact shirt for $108.00 since I had the receipt in my purse I went back to Katheryn's . Katheryn was out of sight but I heard say "tell her to bring it back and go buy it there". I returned the next day with the shirt and asked to talk to Katheryn ,I was curious why she would want to lose a customer and be so offensive & This time they said "she's in a meeting. I have realized that Katheryn obviously doesn't want a customer who cares about $56.00, even though I was willing to buy the shirt in the first place and have purchased numerous things in her store. I do not price compare I am happy to find what I like and buy it, however this was such a blatant discrepancy, I thought there's a mistake somewhere, never dreaming Katheryn would make her clothes up to that degree, clearly I was wrong. A person who cares about $56.00 is not the customer she wants to cultivate, or even respects enough to respond in person. Her message was loud and clear! Thankfully there are many lovely stores in Naples that won't send this message.
