This store has lots of parking and a large selection of items. I recently needed to purchase a pillow, bubble wrap and assorted office supplies, and Walmart is perfect for a one stop shop. They have a large selection of food items and personal care products. This Walmart is large and well stocked and it's easy to find your items, in addition, the produce looks fresh. I'd recommend getting here early, when I arrived mid afternoon, the store was really crowded. They also have two pet food isles, one for cats, one for dogs and a good selection of garden supplies. Whenever I've gone to Walmart, and if I couldn't find something I'd ask one of the employees and there were plenty of them around and all I kept getting was "no speak English" I have nothing against Spanish people, but at least speak English so you can help customers. Also, Walmart used to carry a section of sugar-free cookies and sugar-free mini pies and I no longer see any of that. Recently discovered the Garden Center at the Naple's Walmart. Although not Home Depot huge, it's a good size with a varied selection of well-tended flowers, bushes, trees, and vegetable plants. The clearance section in the back is always a treat because with just a little water, a half dead plant can be brought back to life for half price! I would also like to leave a kind word for John and Socorro at the nursery door: Thank you for the great smile and conservation! I don't think most people expect that when they are running to and from Walmart, but I am sure that your kind words brighten many people's day. Large and spacious, they carry much of my vegetarian delights and vegan foods too Lots of gluten free selections also make this a regular stop. Fantastic spot when you have a late flight in and need a few things. Great location along the major highway near many hotels . Typical Walmart in terms of lots of options, price. It was the late shift x 2 that we were there. The employees were a bit gruff, maybe tired. The store was mostly clean (except for the nasty carpet upon entrance, hellooo = vacuum) and decently laid out. We got most of what we needed and appreciated the self check out. Lots of seasonal things for Xmas, souvenirs and lots of beach items. read more

I have been a Wal-Mart customer for years. I have shopped both on line and in store. Wal-Mart has recently changed their app for pickup groceries. While trying to navigate the new app, I found the prices were incorrect on many items, so if you do this, please watch what prices they want to charge you! Also, at this particular Wal-Mart, they usually only have 1 and at the most 2 checkouts open. The lines can be horrendously long, and they still do not open more registers. Also, the self checkout lanes are equally as long. Management needs to address this issue. read more

SUPER REMODEL This Walmart was old and in need of a major facelift. It has been here a long time but couldn't compare with the larger newer Walmart up the road near highway 75. It was time for Walmart Headquarters to spruce up this location for the shoppers of Naples. One thing you will notice is the large food section. We typically only buy the fresh fruits and vegetables in the grocery department. The prices are really good here when you compare them to Publix & Trader Joe's across the street and the Whole Foods down the street. Yes it is very competitive when it comes to the grocery stores around North Naples. We do end up going to all the grocery stores because we have our favorite items at each of them. We grabbed some tomatillos for my homemade salsa today. I couldn't believe that Walmart had them. I joked with my wife and said, "I bet our check out person won't know what these are!" Guess what? I was right. She looked at us and said, "These aren't limes. What are they?" I may have been the first person to every buy tomatillos here. It was cute and hopefully she will know for the next time. I use to go crazy in Walmart. I would come in for a tooth brush and leave with $65 worth of stuff that I probably didn't need. On second thought I definitely did not need them. There low prices are so deceptive because you don't realize how much you're buying. I always feel like I'm in the movie Dumb & Dumber when Harry says, "Only get the essentials..." Next thing I know is the whole store is packed into my shopping cart. Yes this place has everything and nothing you need. It is so hard to just come in for only one item. It's like a low price shopping drug. We use to be really bad but we've grown up. We really try to channel Harry and just get the essentials. It works most of the time. I love the fresh produce area and think its a great addition to the new store. So if your looking to grab some healthy items, then Walmart has them. I had reviewed this Walmart several years ago prior to its renovation; frankly, I didn't even realize it had undergone a renovation when I visited recently until I went to check in on Yelp and couldn't find the location. Now, you may be wondering why I stated that I didn't realize it had undergone a renovation. That is actually quite simple: this Walmart is so far superior to any other Walmart than I have ever visited in any other town that when I came here and reviewed it previously, I didn't think it had any room for improvement. One must keep in mind, too, that I am about as anti-Walmart as one can be. I do not step into them normally unless I get a gift card or unless I have absolutely no other alternative and I am in dire straits. The thought of actually walking into most Walmarts revolts me. I wouldn't trust my car or my life in their parking lots. So I do not frequent Walmart stores except about once every 10 years. Except here. Except this store. This Walmart. This Walmart is in a class by itself. It's clean. Well stocked. Has friendly cashiers. Has a nice parking lot. And the parking lot is well tended! Produce area is tremendous. Selection of frozen items is great (and not just the pre-prepared stuff). Employees are abundant and courteous. Did I mention this place is clean? And the parking lot is actually manned and carts are brought back into the store regularly! Am I at Walmart? Surely you jest! Why isn't there one of these stores near my house?! Walmart may be one of the biggest retailers in the world but Sam Walton would rollover in his grave to see this store. There are many reasons, and I'll work outside in. The carts are in need of serious repair, the parking lot is a mess, carts stack up easily, there are rat trap boxes by the doors INSIDE, product availability is suspect and inconsistent, self serve is the only option to check as there is very rarely more than on cashier out. They are not friendly, don't greet you, hardly speak English and often don't have name tags on. In the grocery area, they don't want to help you, faking not knowing English of where something is at. The aisles are often cluttered and service desk help is not too helpful. The quality of products has dipped. Maybe trying a store in Estero one of the other three Walmart's in Naples. This is terrible. Home and Gardening is painful to go thru, with many plants dying and the regular price. Also for any environmentalists, a news agency reported that Walmart doesn't recycle the plastic bags it collects completely. A company put 50 trackers in bag bundles and 47 did not go the the recycling facility. read more

Was in there the other night around 10:30-11 & while it's nice going there when it's not busy, they have all their boxes & shit in the middle of the aisles. Understandable they're trying to do their jobs to keep the shelves stocked but when you have stockers yelling to where you can hear them from halfway across the store, it's pretty damn annoying because they scare the hell out of you! Not to mention it's highly unprofessional & rude! They also have lots of staff on the floor but they won't acknowledge you. I must've passed by at least 15 employees & not ONE of them said "hi." You Wal-Managers need to teach your night staff a little common courtesy. read more

Most horrible service I have ever recieved at any Walmart in Florida! My family and I were doing shopping for a stay in Naples for a few days, and we get to a register only for the cashier to take all of the alcoholic beverages even after being shown an I.D. showing "45" years of age. They then stated alcohol can not be bought in the presense of a minor due to policy. As stated in Walmart policy, which I decided to search up myself, in 2021 it says "Adults over the age of 21 can purchase alcohol at Walmart even with a minor present with them since this does not violate the law for selling to underage persons." We stated we were not buying it for any minors, yet the cashier, Eva, did not add it back to our purchase. We let it go because alcohol was not our biggest problem. But then while we were purchasing our groceries, their outdated cash register didn't work unless you put the chip in 3 times and then proceeded to swipe. We then asked for a manager because after asking to just input the card manually the cashier refused. If i ever find myself in Naples again and I had the choice of going to Walmart late at night for food or starving, I would choose starving. read more
