I am a big fan of Target. This location just didn't cut it for me. We stay in Bonita Springs every Christmas and usually go to the Target at Coconut Point. However, we were in Naples to shop at World Market. Target was in the same shopping center so it made sense to go to this Target ... or so it seemed. The first time in any large store means taking some time to get the "lay of the land." I walked all over looking for stocking stuffers and other Christmas items. It was December 20th and things were really picked over ... or non-existent. Had to settle for larger bags of pistachios than I wanted and found only one package of red napkins in a design that I would ordinarily not choose. Most gift bags were also not what I would have usually picked ... but were OK at a Target price I have come to depend on. My one good "find" was a package of 10 large paper placemats ... white with a red border and Merry Christmas in cursive in the lower right corner. They became the perfect project for our six-year-old granddaughter. She personalized each mat with the name and special drawing. Our family of five had placemats for both Christmas Eve charcuterie and Christmas Day dinner. A big hit. It is this kind of item that keeps me shopping at Target. However, chances are it won't be this store. read more

Beyond frustrated with the Target App. Advertised to be helpful and convenient when all it's done is make my day harder! I drove 30 mins to this target looking for one specific item. I purchased it on the app and was excited after visiting three prior Targets to finally get my hands on the item I need. When I arrived the young girl working, with 0 remorse tells me it's out of stock.... So I just drove across town to pick up something I have already purchased and now it's magically not available? Then she tells me the app takes 48 hours to refresh? Sounds like a pretty stupid way to keep track of inventory. Be better Target. read more

By far my favorite store. I am here at least once a day, sometimes twice. The wonderful employees (Gladys, Nicole, Olivia just to name a few) go out of their way to help make sure your shopping experience is the best. The store is always clean and well organized. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. I have never once been here and had a bad experience. If you have a return or exchange they are more than happy to assist you. They are also very good about matching prices, and honoring sales prices. Each staff member greets you with a smile and makes you feel like a valued customer. They go out of their way to walk up to you and ask if they can be of any assistance. My favorite place to shop because the people that work here are wonderful. read more

I like Target stores, especially Super Targets. We stopped in here today to pick up some personal supplies for my mom, who lives near by. No matter where you go, you can count on Target stores being similarly laid out and carrying the same products. This store is clean, the merchandise is organized, and the team members professional and welcoming. The self-checkout option means you can skip the lines and the Florida-paced cashiers who make type-A Northerners like me chew my lip and try to make myself slow down! :D read more

Very well maintained for a Super Target. Although there isn't as many Team Members on floor to ask a for help to find something.

I unfortunately worked here early last year at the in store Starbucks sub contract, which is where I unfortunately had the highly unpleasant misfortunate experience of working under the absolutely toxic highly unprofessional management of a respective middle aged female who had absolutely ZERO basic manners, basically this woman demonstrated amazing inability to conceal her personal feelings. I deeply regret taking taking this god awful job on even to this day. I only agreed to take it on at the time because I needed the money in order to help pay off my outstanding student loans. I honestly don't know why I didn't tell the god awful management here to do one and walk away. It ain't all about the money to me, respect is VERY important to me and I strongly feel that your poor choice of management failed to demonstrate that to me regardless of how my performance was being perceived. I've previously worked for Target corporation as a cashier for a period of six months where I grew to really enjoy it. I thought a second tenure would be just as good, I could not have been more wrong unfortunately. Your choice of department manager was OUTRAGEOUS. I was shopping here a couple days ago, met a sweet gentleman with long hair in the electronics department who helped me out so kindly. Workers on the floor helped out as well because the renovations made the store look so chaotic and unorganized. My main issue was with guest services. The people in guest services were kind, however, I respectfully wanted to make sure if my situation could've been helped a bit further, so I requested a manager, but the manager was unprofessional and rude. I'm sure she was busy, but such attitude is never necessary. Cooperate definitely needs to do a check up on some of these managers, cuz the bathrooms were disgusting as well. Probably the worst target I've ever been to. The workers obviously don't care about anything except themselves. The paper towel machines in the bathroom do not work. And when I went to get my Pizza Hut breadsticks, there was no one there to assist me. I have visited this Target location two time sin the past three days. Both times items priced on the shelf were lower than the checkout price. When I confronted the "guest services" team they refunded the difference and gave me an attitude. I asked why this is happening and they told me prices are going up and we don't have enough people to change them Buyer beware, Target is inflating prices and not letting consumers know. Went to target to get rid of a gift card given to me through my cell phone company... I ask a sales rep for help and she tell me that the product that I was looking for was located to the right. Such a vague statement and offered no assistance in locating the product. I get near the baby products at the back right side of the store and ask another sales rep with assistance locating the same product. She then informs me that it is to be ordered online. Once hearing that I gave up on the search of Pull-Ups and just bought boxers to try and get rid of the gift card. I get to the counter and checking out and the cashier informed me that I needed to download the app to be able to use the gift card when it was already giving me a code and pin. I saw a button on the register that said gift cards in which he did not even try to use and see if there was another way around me downloading the app. At the end of the whole series of events I ended up paying for my boxers full price and left with the same gift card. This is really a thank you more than a review of the entire store. Yet, I wanted to acknowledge how one employee who is especially helpful makes a difference. Let's face it, we get used to service meeting the minimums. However, last night my wife and I were having a marathon shop at Target Tarpon Bay. We came for the pharmacy and proceeded to fill a big cart with everything from soup to nuts, literally. However, it was the trip to the meat department which impressed me. The butcher's name is Jonathan and he clearly went the extra mile taking care of us. It's a little thing to offer samples and to point out a current special we didn't know about, but how many people attempt those little things? Jonathan did and I'm impressed with him. Maybe someone from Target can explain why they're forcing customers to come within 6 feet of each other by herding them through one entrance? The brilliant response from the associate at this store suggested it's to control the number of people in the store due to COVID-19 restrictions. How ironic is it that Target implemented a crowd control policy by INCREASING the risk to customers? Here's an idea, place an associate at each of the 2 entrances with a counter in their hand and a radio...establish the limit, then communicate to each other. Great store overall. The employees have always been helpful and tenacious in their work. One great feeling I experience when walking into a grocery store is being greeted by gregarious hardworking employees who take their job seriously. I've seen recently, however, that the HR and the ESTL of this Target have been treating the employees in a rude manner. The way they have used harsh words and hand gestures has concerned me and other fellow customers. These socially defiant actions have ruined the neighborhood friendliness of this Target. I feel strongly about verbal abuse and how management should treat their employees. Several customers have pointed out the harsh treatment that they have observed. I ordered online and scheduled to pick up the item. When I arrived to pick up item I had ordered it at the Tarpon road store and not the Pine Ridge store where I was, to pick it up. I went online and tried to cancel the item as I had paid for it online. The site would not let me cancel. I tried to phone the Tarpon Road store as did the employee from the Pine Ridge store. I recently moved and finally set up my lanai area with furniture and rugs I had purchased at Target last year. However, 2 of the 3 rugs I bought were too large for the area. I threw the 3 rugs in the car and lugged them back to target. The customer service representatives were very attentive to my return but the return was difficult so they called the manager, Bobby, who worked very hard to help me. He went above and beyond to help. I have always been a loyal customer and will continue to be. I am currently handicapped due to a recent knee surgery I had and the target employees were super helpful in getting me a scooter so I did not have to hop along on my crutches the entire time. They showed me how to use the scooter and even held onto my crutches for me so I did not have to carry them either. Checking out is not as enjoyable since there are many people in the store yet not enough cashiers to handle all of the customers. Almost every shopping cart has a bum wheel so it's always annoying shopping while your cart is loud and wobbly. The frozen fruit section is rarely fully stocked. They have been out of my frozen strawberries for over a month now. They have also been out of my brand of butter. The other Target on Pine Ridge has them so I doubt it is a supplier issue. Their produce section is very sad. Limited selection and low quality. There are usually only open registers on one side of the store so if you parked on the other side of the lot you have to check out on the opposite side. They should spread out the open lanes. All these negatives, But I do appreciate the cleanliness of the store and the staff are usually nice. I love that they just added self checkout lanes. read more

Stopped in for bug repellent and wine... Interesting combo, I know. We were distracted by the great selection of sunglasses- my sis and I both found a great pair that fit comfortably and then wandered over to the casual dresses. How sad. Terribly picked over, messy and empty- all at the same time. I didn't even see a spot for the dress that I liked from the weekly ad. Bummed. On a positive note, we easily located the bug repellent in the seasonal section. Next, the wine isle was just that- an entire (enormous) isle of wine. Well stocked & organized, we found the brand & variety that my mom had requested and headed to the checkout. Our cashier was very pleasant and efficient; she complimented my sunglass choice. Another associate came up to relieve her for a break and she complimented me on my "pretty eyes." Aww. After we checked out, my sis noticed that her chips rang up incorrectly. Our cashier, who had been walking right behind us on her way to the break room, stopped and jumped on a nearby register to correct the price issue! Awesome customer service!!! Typically I enjoy my experiences at Target. This Target is neat, clean, and the employees are very welcoming. However most days there are hardly enough cashiers on register, they are often "out of" one or more of the items that I came for, & pretty much every trip I stumbled upon expired grocery items on the shelves. On one trip I even bought expired pizza dough but didn't want to waste the time or gas to take it back - Don't forget to check the expiration dates on EVERY food item you put into your cart at this location! I've been a Target shopper for a very longggg time. I love their selection and their prices. However I have two complaints about their Tarpon Bay location. One, the produce area needs help. It seems nothing there is fresh, it's almost scary to walk in that area. Two, the harassment for the Red cards needs to stop. I have found myself going to the Pine Ridge location just to avoid the whole Red card situation. I don't know if the cashiers get commission for them but they need to stop trying so hard. They definitely need to understand that no means NO! Other locations offer them but stop once you say you're not interested. This place is out of control. read more

I am a proud long-time Target shopper, but this location is pretty disappointing. The store (especially shoes and apparel) is always a mess- things are thrown everywhere and all over the floor. The shelves in grocery and especially pharmacy OTC are not well-stocked. The employees are so-so; I've encountered some very friendly and helpful employees, but also equally as many not-so-nice ones. It appears that management might be the issue here, and this store could probably benefit from an overhaul. I've tried shopping at this location several times, but despite living 5 minutes away from this store, I now only go to Coconut Point or Gulf Coast Town Center where the stores are cleaner, better organized, and overall more pleasant. read more
