A really good location that has everything you might be looking for. It was very clean and we organized too. We were looking for beer and the staff member helped us tremendously, going to the back to get our beer of choice. Checkout was friendly and quick! Lots of parking here as well.

$5.00 Sushi, undercooked hard rice Ty!

Place is clean. A lot of great things about this store but if you go in for $5 sushi Wednesdays the rice is about as raw as the sushi. Pick your battles. Price vs quality.

Nearly all of the good Publixs offer a sushi/sashimi/nigiri station. This one is ok.

My favorite grocery store! Best place to shop in Naples. Way better than Hoax Farms.

The seafood is fresh and everything else was good. I think the place is great for any chef to make a great meal!

She looked at me and others as if she was annoyed to be there. Her scanner wasn't working and she was trying to blame my phone. However, I asked her to wipe her scale scanner, with an aggressive attitude she snatched a paper towel and rubbed it on her scale scanner and acted as if that would do something. Well it needed to be wet first, she did it with a dry paper towel. She needs a vacation, a hug or some re-training. I don't care what you're going through we all have a job to do. Not only that I asked for a paper bag she said she had none which I was looking at it in the other counters is why I asked for one. I didn't ask if you have paper bags I asked for a paper bag and she refused to give it to me she probably thought that the flowers wouldn't fit in it . Your job is customer service not think for the customers and this lady is supposed to be training other people? that's crazy.

My husband went to Fresh Market for me so that I would have fresh nicely trimmed steaks for my company. The steaks were not flat, inconsistent in thickness, so not able to be cooked properly and discolored. They cost $177.84 @ $27.99 a lb. It was December 24, 2025. So I am returning them. This store has excellent desserts and bread.

They also have a beautiful selection of fresh flowers. The only downfall I've noticed is the employees that are doing the complimentary tastings are not engaging with customers. There's no excitement with the products they are promoting. Overall, I enjoy my shopping experience. The cashiers are lovely and work very hard.

Hubs used to go to the original Trader Joe's in Los Angles when he was a student, and the founder wore Hawaiian shirts and did lots of great deals to grow his business. That sure worked, almost everyone would like a TJ's close by to shop at. Luckily we have a store in Naples offering great deals and new products to try. Their fresh produce is often better than the grocery store and prices are better too. For a busy day, they have a good selection of frozen entrees for a quick dinner. Their juice and yogurt selections are delicious and I almost never miss the chance to grab a bag of their assorted coffees. The dogs are long time fans of Trader Joe's peanut butter dog treats and they have some of the best deals on wine that I've found. Both hubs and I use their personal care items, their moisturizers and hand cream are similar to higher priced products and hubs is a fan of their tea tree shampoo. They also have beautiful fresh flowers and plants with amazing prices. If there was a down side to Trader Joe's, it would be parking. On weekends things can get pretty crowded and being next door to a phone store doesn't help. Good location though, a prime shopping area right off Tamiami Trail and it's easy to find. This is a great place to shop, very consumer friendly.

First, the customer service is lacking. Most of the time, associates don't acknowledge me at all when I walk up. I usually end up standing there for about five minutes before anyone even says anything, and then it takes additional time for them to get ready to make the sandwich. It just doesn't feel welcoming. The process itself is also all over the place. Sometimes associates ask what I'd like, other times I have to jump in and tell them. I recently found out sandwiches can be toasted--no one had ever mentioned that before. Some associates spread condiments, others don't. There's no standard, which makes the experience confusing every time I visit. Another issue is that no one wears a name badge, so there's no way to recognize or thank someone who does a good job--or even know who helped you. Pricing is probably the most frustrating part. The sign clearly says there's a $5.99 meal deal that includes chips and a drink, and that the sandwich alone is $4.99. However, every time I order, I'm either charged $5.99 just for the sandwich or $4.99 plus extra for chips and a drink. It never rings up the same way twice, and no one explains why. It feels misleading and confusing. Overall, the experience feels disorganized. Between the lack of acknowledgment, inconsistent preparation, missing name tags, and unclear pricing, it just doesn't feel like a welcoming or well-managed environment. I'd really like to keep coming here regularly, but something needs to change.
