Always a great experience of grossing! I love Trader Joe's supermarkets from the first visit in California. And I was glad that there are stores in Naples as well! Always clean, well organised with amazing corporate culture and customer service. All staff members are very caring and energetic. But also the products are unique and fresh! I love buying fresh vegetables and fruits here, cheese, meat products and sometimes wine. There is also fresh flowers in Trader Joes all the time. Return policy works perfectly , if something happens or don't like the taste. And prices for most of the products are way lower than in other supermarkets. The only thing: be sure to have something warming on top (hoodie or a jacket) as it is always extremely cold in the store. If I recommend it - no doubt about it!

Yummy seasonal chips and complimentary pumpkins for decorating

I should have written this a long time ago. There are so many reasons to love Trader Joe's. They have wonderfully unique things that help us get creative with our weekly meals. They also always have great seasonal stuff. Only sad part is, it's seasonal. Their staff are always friendly and willing to go check the back for items. On multiple occasions they have found exactly what I am looking for. Went this morning and they are giving out small pumpkins for you to take home so the kids can decorate them and enter their contest. Their prices are also completely reasonable. I often buy the succulents for gifts

Might be enough wine for me.

Founder Joe Coulombe opened the first Trader Joe's in 1967 in Pasadena, California. He is the Joe the chain is named for. He based his tropical theme off of the Tiki culture that was popular in the 50's and 60's. Since 1979 Trader Joe's has been owned by the German Albrecht family who also own Aldi's. I try to go to Trader Joe's every couple of weeks. I could never do all of my shopping there but there are a few products I always have to keep on hand like their 21 Seasoning Salute. I put it on all of my meat and vegetables. I am also a fan of their honey shrimp, pineapple juice, chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwiches, inexpensive flowers, chocolate croissants, seasonal candles, and prosciutto flatbread. A current obsession is the elote corn chips. I especially love to visit Trader Joe's for their seasonal products. Right now their Easter products are in and include cute house plants, gourmet jellybeans, and chocolate mousse eggs. They had a Danish Kringle made in Wisconsin that sounded amazing. Check their fun Fearless Flyer for all of the new products. A really cool thing about Trader Joes is that every store is themed to it's location. While they all basically look the same, the decorations and murals are unique to every store. This store is themed to Naples with a really nice Everglades scene with a panther, deer, and alligator. Count me in as TJ's fan. There aren't too many of them so when I run into one I have to stop and check out what is new. Bring your reusable bag and help the planet and don't forget to grab a bottle of wine!

Have to question their quality control practices at a minimum.... Staff we interacted with while shopping were great and I'm sure they would be embarrassed by this!

Outside of the Store! Line to come in.

Today we decided to stop at Trader Joe's because we were out of doggie treats for Daisy and Cheyenne. When we arrived at the parking lot, the store looked very crowded. I wasn't going to enter, but then I saw that the staff was doing it in a very safe manner. Some were cleaning the carts, while another was letting people in as other customers were leaving. Everyone was masked. So you know that we were going to buy just a few things, but walked out $164.00 dollars later lol! The store wasn't crowded and we were able to do social distancing. Trader Joes's has such a great choice of organic fruit and vegetables, meats and cheeses and much, much more. Of course we bought all the doggie treats that were in the shelf! Thank you Trader Joe's for caring about your customers! We love supporting our local businesses!

Lovely TJs! and no line!

Summertime at the Naples TJ's means easy, low key shopping and no lines! I enjoyed the experience and appreciated the coffee advice. The employees are smart.

We love TJ because they carry unique products that we can't find at other grocery stores and they show case new items on a regular basis. If you are overwhelmed by their new arrivals and unique items that were collected from all over the world, look out for their "Fearless Flyer". It gives great info on their new products with fun behind-the-scenes details. Some of our regular shopping list items are Peruvian corns, Japanese potatoes, cheese, and wine. This is the only TJ in SWFL and I have been praying for one in Fort Myers.

Trader Joe's is one of my favorite market for grocery shopping. I remembered that we were here on their opening week few years back, there were two patrol cars with several sheriffs to direct traffic at the parking lot for weeks. One car in. One car out or direct you to park on the next overflowing parking lot! You frequently find some hard to find items here, awesome snacks and fresh flowers at reasonable price! Tonight, we are in the neighborhood. I have to pick up two red wine for next night's Italian dinner. I was told no "Two Buck Chuck." After examining the shelfs for red wine, I picked up Daou Cabernet Sauvignon and Josh Merlot. They are both California Red! To prep my Samurai spirit, I put Gekkeikan Sake in my shopping cart. Oh, my weather app just flashed, "Today's forecast: 99% of wine-mostly red"

I just want to let everyone know that a young man that works at the Naples TJ went above & beyond customer service, no let's say customer care.

The girl at the dely tells me all the roasted chickens are gone, the next batch won't be ready for 1.5 Since the other Publix on US 41 is under construction why not have two of the chicken rotisseries working? Such an easy fix right, but no I guess no one here can think and address this issue, since this Publix is now doing the work of both Publix's. I get to the 10 or less check out lane, only to see the woman that is supposed to be looking at the self service area chatting away with the cashier from the 10 or less lane. I actually had to ask, are you open. Then, I ask this lady how much longer before the other Publix is finished, only to hear a 10 minute whine session on how miserable she is to be working at this Publix because she worked at the other one for 13 years. Could not get out of there fast enough. It always a horrible experience.

Well it needed to be wet first, she did it with a dry paper towel. She needs a vacation, a hug or some re-training. I don't care what you're going through we all have a job to do. Not only that I asked for a paper bag she said she had none which I was looking at it in the other counters is why I asked for one. I didn't ask if you have paper bags I asked for a paper bag and she refused to give it to me she probably thought that the flowers wouldn't fit in it . First, the customer service is lacking. Most of the time, associates don't acknowledge me at all when I walk up. I usually end up standing there for about five minutes before anyone even says anything, and then it takes additional time for them to get ready to make the sandwich. It just doesn't feel welcoming. The process itself is also all over the place. Sometimes associates ask what I'd like, other times I have to jump in and tell them. I recently found out sandwiches can be toasted--no one had ever mentioned that before. Some associates spread condiments, others don't. There's no standard, which makes the experience confusing every time I visit. Another issue is that no one wears a name badge, so there's no way to recognize or thank someone who does a good job--or even know who helped you. Pricing is probably the most frustrating part. The sign clearly says there's a $5.99 meal deal that includes chips and a drink, and that the sandwich alone is $4.99. However, every time I order, I'm either charged $5.99 just for the sandwich or $4.99 plus extra for chips and a drink. It never rings up the same way twice, and no one explains why. It feels misleading and confusing. Overall, the experience feels disorganized. Between the lack of acknowledgment, inconsistent preparation, missing name tags, and unclear pricing, it just doesn't feel like a welcoming or well-managed environment. I'd really like to keep coming here regularly, but something needs to change.
