Where this place really wins is the quiet room, amenities, and staff. I like a bit of time between services, that quiet room is cozy, with tea and little snacks, it's truly lovely. This place feels like they have an Army of staff, constantly checking the locker rooms and quiet room, cleaning up after guests. Everything was so clean. I will spare the internet from my personal dramas, but I also had a family emergency the day of my service. My husband had called the spa to pull me out of my massage. It was 30 minutes into my first service, and I had to cancel my whole day.
