The salon has a nice ambiance and is a busy hair salon, the stylist's are professional, plus you get a good feeling about a new hairstyle or color. I didn't want anything fancy, just an easy to maintain cut and my stylist Robin did a great job. The salon uses Goldwell products, which are a long time favorite, but she used Davine's products for my hair, which made it soft and shiny. I'll definitely have to try this product line at home. I booked half head highlights, not knowing if that's what I really needed. Had text communications prior to arriving, got there, with my 6yr old daughter and was met by a lovely welcome. Engaging, friendly staff on reception. Jayne, stylist came to meet me and from the outset I knew she was going to be someone I could gel with ! Lovely girl, great ideas about my Very thick, Very long hair with grays popping through, in desperate need of thinning. Jayme had me sorted and in foils after discussing what this visit was for and our plans for future visits. Also discussed the keratin options and have booked in for that too in the coming weeks. Went in for a touch up. My stylist was Michelle. I specifically picked Salon Mulberry as they use Goldwell products and I have used them before when I stay in Naples for winters. Michelle was friendly, efficient and matched my formula perfectly! And what a shampoo! I almost fell asleep. Tiffany is the best! I met her a year ago when I went to the salon to get my hair colored for the very first time in my life. Tiffany listened to what I wanted, which was to have caramel Highlights and boy did she slayyyy! She gave me balayage highlights that I loveee! I now live in Ft. Seems as if I cannot erase what I wrote yesterday. I would if I cld figure out how. The Manager called me asap today 2/26/26 and kindly asked a few questions. He will speak to the receptionist whom made my appt with a Level 3 stylist in error. In addition he has offered to refund the difference in costs btwn a Level one (my original request in person) and Level three at his shoppe). I am delighted in his integrity and highly reccomend Salon Mulberry Naples. Again, my experience and haircut are great. *** 2/25/26....The experience was great except when the cashier told me it cost $97 and change. When I made my appt in person a week ago I asked for a level one stylist. On their webpage it says Level one stylist charge about $70+ (plus $27?!). I did not say anything but I felt like I was played. And I still left tips for the shampoo guy and the stylist. Be sure you ask questions if cost matters to you too. read more

Unhappy customer ... Called Mulberry Salon about being dissatisfied with hair color after visit to their salon. Was told to come back in and let them correct. Going back only made things worse. I now have a solid white bleached clump of hair across the front of my head (which does not at blend with the rest is my hair). Paid $400 and now having to wear a hat or wide headband in public to coverup what was done to my hair. read more

I'll let "Sam" the rude receptionist at Salon Mulberry explain to her Boss and coworkers why I'm giving this salon two middle fingers up. Social graces in her position are a must. Clients walking through the doors expect to spend upwards of $200/$300 per visit (before product) what they don't expect is poor treatment. I'm taking my money, my friends, my business, my referrals and my 5 star reviews elsewhere. I'm looking for full service not high blood pressure. And in the repose to the owner: I wasn't significantly late or otherwise. Nice try. Lack of ownership on your behalf is not surprising. I read your reviews. The truth always comes out. As a matter of fact the last time I arrived the entire salon was evacuated due to a gas leak. We all were ushered outside sweating in the Florida heat and I had to call my driver to pick me up. Several hours later, your staff requested I return so I reluctantly did. There was no apology that I had to rearrange my day twice, as well as many other patrons. The time before that, I waited 20 minutes before anyone greeted me or even offered me a sip of water. As a business owner myself, who has owned several salons, this is unacceptable. Your staff is rude, your stylists are sub par, your products smell bad and your management leaves much to be desired. I most certainly did find another salon who's receptionist smiles with her voice and the talent is unparalleled. I no longer have to worry about being over charged, mistreated or have my hair melt off because a lazy stylist overlapped my highlights with a high volume. Good riddance. read more

I had an appointment here to get my roots color matched. I have tape in extensions and was assured they could do this. I was told while getting my hair washed that the color wouldn't come off of my skin and there was no time to dry my hair. I left with wet hair and my extensions were falling out of my hair by the time I got to my car. I got home to dry my hair and I was in tears. My roots were colored way darker than my natural hair and my extensions (blonde) were practically splatter painted. They later texted me asking if I wanted to book another service and I told them no and explained what happened and that I had to fly to Pittsburgh to get my hair fixed and their response was "ok no problem I just wanted to make sure :) Thank you :)" I did not ask for a refund but I would expect after telling them what happened an apology. read more

It was my first visit and hair cut since the corona quarantine began/ended. Adam was a very good listener. I showed him photos of my my hair done by my hair dresser back home and Adam did a great job emulating. I have a short bob with thick wavy hair which can be a challenging. SALON MULBERRY IS A JOKE!!!!!!!! After three less than stellar experiences with Salon Mulberry, I decided to let everyone out there know how pathetic this place truly is. I went in for a haircut with Cara today. It was the first time I had met her. Right away her energy seemed disagreeable and somewhat standoffish. When I politely asked her if she would shampoo me beforehand she actually had the audacity to start arguing with me. At one point she mentioned that it would be more work for her. I thought I was the priority when I came to your salon. On top of being inconceivably rude and totally argumentative, she was also condescending. Naturally, I didn't follow through with the haircut. I walked out and will never return. I've never been treated so poorly in a place of business. Cara is a sorry excuse for a professional.
