I had never had a facial before and wasn't quite sure what to expect. Well, my daughter finally made the appointment for me, and I went in feeling a little apprehensive, but that feeling quickly melted away. Jenny made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I arrived. I decided to trust her guidance and went with the microdermabrasion, and I am still in awe of both the results and the entire experience. It was pure relaxation, truly a zen-like escape. I could have easily fallen asleep! My skin feels amazing, and I left feeling refreshed, renewed, and so glad I stepped out of my comfort zone. Now I can't stop smiling when I think about how hesitant I was at first, I am absolutely hooked! This turned out to be such a thoughtful and wonderful gift, and Jenny made it unforgettable. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

I was told by the front desk person that since there was there is a "9 minutes late policy" that I could only have 1 of my 2 booked services. No discussion, nothing.... just parroting "9 minute late policy". The wax person came and got me at 15 minutes past the hour. I had one service done. 1 service completed, re-dressed and out the front door 23 minutes total (including late and check-in) I did verify on the webpage now, that the time assigned each of those services is 30 minutes. According to their advertised services, their employee should have assigned me for 1 hour of time for these 2 services. 1 - 30 minute service; plus 1 - 30 minute service; equals 1 hour Me.... 23 minutes out the front door. *including late and check-in Where is my remaining 37 minutes and why couldn't they be used to perform my additional requested service? Where does the remaining time go normally ? Are multiple people are being billed for the same time? Is that legal to bill multiple people for the same time? Also, the front desk employee did not even look for a solution as I stood in the empty waiting room. They should be trained to look for solutions for the clients. They should also give the clients the time that they are paying for. Unfortunately, I will use the remaining services in my last package that are pre-paid and find a new facility

After being told she would be the child's price of $25, my daughter came in, they washed her hair and as she was about to get her hair cut, I'm told that actually she's the adult price of $50 because she's not under the age of 10. At this point, good customer service would honor what they told the customer instead of allowing us to leave without a haircut. Unbelievable for a completely empty salon. I will now take her to Simple Beauty and recommend that salon over this one any day. It's always busy....for a reason. Btw: the menu prices for a child's haircut says NOTHING about the age

I had the worst waxing experience at European Wax Center in Naples today. My esthetician, Neomi,…read morewas not only rude and unprofessional but also made me feel extremely uncomfortable during my Brazilian wax. She behaved as if she had never seen pubic hair before--something completely unacceptable in this profession. The wax was messy, poorly applied, and rushed--she didn't even let it set before trying to pull it off, leaving hairs behind. I'm still in pain and sore from the experience. Despite being very flexible (I've been waxing for over 25 years and am a yoga teacher), she kept making unnecessary comments about my positioning. At one point, my knee lightly touched her belly, and she actually accused me of kicking her, which was beyond bizarre and very concerning that she would just lie like that and with no shame. I don't understand how European Wax Center continues to employ someone with such a poor attitude and lack of skill. I highly recommend avoiding Neomi at all costs! She's a liability for EWC and will never be back there.

Scheduling is really good (I love that they send you lots of reminders) and the facility is pleasant but it's not worth being talked to and treated in a way that makes you feel physically and mentally uncomfortable 30% of the time. It had all the makings to be a 5 star experience, but the in-person part was not good. If you don't care about how nice the estheticians are and prioritize speed and efficiency you should book with Jackie. But it was just too aggressive and rude for me. I prioritize getting treated nicely. FYI the location is on the second floor, on the exact opposite side of where their sign in placed. From the front of the building it's to the far left.
