It's so nice being able to trust someone with your hair color who not only listens to your direction but has an inherent intuition about how to make hair look awesome. I was trying to go from a warmer blonde to a white platinum and another stylist totally botched the process -- my mom actually sent me to Jon Carlos, and he saved my hair and transformed it to the beautiful platinum I had originally wanted. He's incredibly knowledgeable about all things hair and has so much experience -- he knew how to take my hair to where I wanted it to be without damaging it, and was great about communicating throughout the whole process -- including where we could go in future sessions and how I could maintain my hair in between.
