If I could give no stars, I would. Unprofessional environment. My mother was a client here. She told me from the beginning that she always felt like she was given a bit of a cold shoulder whenever she visited the salon- but she liked the products for her hair so it was something she'd look past. The salon seems to have blocked her number for reasons unknown. She has never given a reason for them to do so. I recommended this place to her after a lot of research, and she recommend this place to 3 of her friends, all who have come to this salon. I almost don't want to post this for fear that I won't be able to get myself an appointment if too many people book the talent! But Gabby is stellar beyond words. She listened to my every wish, analyzed my hair carefully, studied a photo I showed her, took her time pampering me, and gave me the GREATEST cut ever. My hair actually feels healthy again. It shines, and I find myself exaggerating all of my head motions today just so I can feel my fabulous haircut fall around my shoulders. A+++ operation going on there! read more

I decided to do a little research online before choosing a new hair salon since my luck at just dropping in at random places has not worked well. I'm glad I did as I met Cara McLane. I'm writing this review as a warning to other snowbirds heading back to the Naples area for the 2018 winter. I can't tell you how awful many salons are in the Naples/Bonita Springs area in Florida. Maybe it is lower training requirements. Many it's seasonal workplaces. The first place I went to over colored my hair with foil so badly that my granddaughter didn't recognize me when I got home. The stylist did a good cut, however. My next gal at a different place did a great color and my hair looked healthy but the last cut she gave me was a basic bowl you would get from a trainee at a discount place. My hairdresser back home was incredulous when he saw it. Then there's Organic Edge. I walked out of there in Jan 2017 and my hair was STRAW. And the cut was bad. My guy back home told me "organic" is deceptive since many "organic" products are harsher than chemical ones. Needless to say this was the worst experience yet. I scrambled and found another place and stylist I liked for the rest of the 2017 season but she has left!!! It is scramble time again....and I think in all fairness to other consumers I have to report how bad my experience was. read more

Love this place! Kerry is the best and has a very down to earth personality. She uses natural organic products so you don't have to worry about any toxic fumes or damage to your hair. I'm a huge fan of organic products and i believe in using organics whenever possible. I will go nowhere else! Been twice, and going on my third time. I went there on April 18th to get my hair colored and my bangs trimmed and the girl that washed my hair got water in my ear and the girl didn't shake the hot towel off before she put on my head. The lights are too bright & the salon doesn't have fans. I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone read more

I have been working with Ryan for several months and I couldn't be happier! I travel overseas a lot and finding someone to color my hair can be a challenge. Ryan has been working with me to gradually let the natural grey in my hair mix in with the highlights so that my roots don't show so quickly. She's a genius! I was looking for a blow out while I was visiting the area and staying at the Ritz Hotel nearby. I was pleasantly surprised at this place. I came here 2x in my short stay to get 2 blow outs. They treatment/service was fantastic. They give a great head wash with scalp massage and a warm conditioner towel. While that is on your head, they give a arm/hand massage. It was wonderful. I was happy with my blow out and it lasted me a couple of days. I get blow dries regularly where I live and other locations when traveling. I've never had this type of service with the massage. It was a nice touch to my appointment. Prices are also reasonable and not over priced like a lot of the "blowout only" salons. This is a full service salon. Left my former stylist as she moved and her promise to keep prices low for her current clients lasted for about one day, sad. Found Kerry on a referral and aren't I lucky. Not only is she hands-on, she was the same price as former Stylist, before her prices went higher, and Kerry gave me a discount - hello, discount, yes! While you are her only (then) Client, she is professional, sweet and makes you feel like a million dollars. Hand massage and light scalp massage, all she cares about is making you feel 100% Excellent, right-on. She has cold beverages (not for sale, just for you!) and makes you feel right at home. We will be back and I will refer new Clients to her, caring, respectful and good at her job. If you are looking for a LARGE $alon which will take advantage of you at every turn, treat you like a number and raise prices to pay off their marble floor - this is not the Salon for you! This salon goes through stylists like it has a revolving door. I've been going to the salon for about a year. My first experience was with Cara. She was great. I received very nice highlights and a cut. When I called to schedule my next visit Cara was booked so they put me with someone new. She was pretty good. Nice and got me of all people to purchase a lot of products. When I called to schedule my third appointment the stylist I saw last time was no longer there and Cara was booked so they put me with someone named Anna, I think. Horrible. My hair turned out so dark. She didn't talk, no hand massage. Just a get in, get out atmosphere. I almost didn't want to go back, but they have Davines which I like. I called for my 4th appt and requested anyone but who I saw last visit (Anna I think) and they put me with someone new named, Mary. She was great. My hair looked fantastic and she did a very good deep conditioner. She was a good conversationalist as well. She was so good in fact I scheduled my 6 week follow up right after my appt. A 10am highlight/lowlight/cut and then a 12pm keratin treatment. Well, I got a call last week that Mary is no longer there and they have to reschedule my appt. They said they could only get me in with Anna at 10. I said, "Ummm no." They said you would have to wait until 12 to see Cara. I said to the reception, "This is the fault of the salon's. I booked this appt weeks ago. You should accomodate my 10am." They said they could not. I told them to just cancel my appts. The receptionist said, "OK. Will do" and hung up. I gave them several chances. I'm just fed up. read more

This was my first time at the salon and I couldn't be happier. I was driving up to Tampa to get my hair done in the past and I finally found a place here. Annabel did an amazing job. I asked her to follow the same approach the previous stylist it in Tampa and she worked with me to give me a perfect color highlight and cut. I am so impressed. I would highly recommend the salon. I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I do like the atmosphere of the salon and it's clean but my experience with Candace was horrible. My haircut was nothing what I wanted and everyone is asking me what happened to my hair. Not only was the cut not good the experience in the chair was even worse. I do not want to go to a salon and here about the hair dressers problems! This is the first time in my life I felt depressed and miserable when leaving a salon. Very disappointed! read more
