Instead, I paid $400 for a rushed job that left me with severe bleed lines and harsh horizontal banding the exact opposite of a blended balayage. The owner, Danielle, refused to take accountability for these clear application errors, instead blaming my hair history and even the complimentary wine they served me. To make matters worse, she expected me to wait an entire week for a "fix" that was just a toner and root shadow to hide their mistakes. I have been going to Danielle for over 10 years. I started seeing her when she was solo and I was a snowbird to Florida. She always made time for me even in last minute situations or short notice. And I only saw her a couple times a year. I am now full time in Florida and the salon is like a place to meet my girlfriends. I do color, cut when needed and extensions. I always feel beautiful when I leave and Danielle teaches me many new techniques as she stays recent and educated on all the latest trends. And she will tell you what NOT to do and why...saving me from many disasters. Danielle is also so kind ..... she makes you feel beautiful and always has a positive outlook. Danielle also hires staff that are excellent and customer focused...they and are also very positive and helpful. I love love love this salon! read more

I've been in FL the last few months and was in desperate need of balayage and a cut. I found this salon on Yelp, and came across Samantha's work on the salon's Instagram. She looked excellent so I booked on this info alone! When I arrived at the salon, their social distancing practices were top notch. Samantha was great in talking through what I wanted, asking good questions about what I like and estimating the price for me. All of this made me feel extremely comfortable with the experience. The amenities at the salon were impressive - comfortable seats/foot rests, salon robes, warm towel under my neck during shampoo, etc. Really nice touches that elevate the experience. And best part of all - my hair turned out perfect!! The exact color I was looking for - bright balayage, some low lights for dimension and a great haircut. My experience turned out poorly and I will no longer return to this salon. I had invested in Hair Talk Extensions. Rather than remove my extensions for each 8 week color service Danielle placed hair dye in between each tape in. Never once in 8 months did she trim my natural hair nor blend my extensions after each service. For weeks after each service I would find hair dye all over my pillow cases. I soon realized it was dye trapped in the extension tape. What is more she would use black tape rather than clear tape each time I went in for retapping. I was new to all this and it wasn't until I did my research did I find out this was not the correct protocol. When I went in to remove some of the blonde extensions there was brown hair dye on the mid shaft of 50 percent of them. Basically time is money for this salon and quality is compromised. When confronted with all this I was given no explanation other than told that since I'm doing research I should look for a new hair salon. Beware and make sure the products used are genuine and not black tape purchased from Sally's or Amazon. Cost cutting and quick sub par service I am not a fan of. Shameful, really. read more

I came to this hair salon for the first time and I ended up leaving satisfied, but not "obsessed" with my hair. I ended up messaging the salon who put me in touch with the owner Danielle. Danielle called me and she was so sweet and just so ready to listen and help me, it was honestly refreshing to have someone who genuinely cared about me and the situation. She immediately scheduled me to come in and see her so she could see what was going on. I came in to see her at the end of her long day, when the salon was already closed, and she was so kind and attentive and she listened to what I liked and disliked about my hair. She explained everything to me and even made a game plan for my hair moving forward. She did a full set of baby lights for me, cut and textured my hair and even styled it for me. When she was finished, she walked me out the front door and didn't let me pay again. She fixed every complaint about my hair and made it even better than it was and at the end she was too kind to accept any payment or tip. I really cannot day enough about Danielle and her salon.
