At 10:39 I was called by a member of the salon saying they were cancelling my appointment because I was a no show. I explained that the appointment I was given was at 11 am but that I happened to be right down the street and I would come right away. They refused, and told me that it was too bad and that they wouldn't hold up any of her other appointments. They went back back-and-forth between saying that it was the fault of a new hire and that I should've gotten a text message about the appointment time, (even though I never did). They were not apologetic at all about the fact that there was a mixup, and in fact they were out right nasty. When I called back to speak to the owner, they told me I was trying to finagle my way into an appointment. I honestly don't know how this place has so many good reviews. They are unprofessional and clearly disorganized.

Jessica asked if I had any troublesome areas and explained her process - we'd do a full body massage and spend time on the areas that needed it. She told me to let her know if anything was uncomfortable because she doesn't usually ask how the pressure/comfort level is during the actual session.
