The receptionist could not have been more friendly and welcoming, and my hair dresser (I am sorry I can't remember her name, I want to say Bridget) was SO nice and professional. I'm honestly still in shock over the sheer unprofessional nature of this business…read more This morning I booked a hair cut with owner Dana based on great reviews. I was given an 11 am appointment. At 10:39 I was called by a member of the salon saying they were cancelling my appointment because I was a no show. I explained that the appointment I was given was at 11 am but that I happened to be right down the street and I would come right away. They refused, and told me that it was too bad and that they wouldn't hold up any of her other appointments. They went back back-and-forth between saying that it was the fault of a new hire and that I should've gotten a text message about the appointment time, (even though I never did). They were not apologetic at all about the fact that there was a mixup, and in fact they were out right nasty. When I called back to speak to the owner, they told me I was trying to finagle my way into an appointment. I honestly don't know how this place has so many good reviews. They are unprofessional and clearly disorganized.
