I come here all the time. I have always had very good experiences. My daughter complains that they don't listen to her and they don't do what she asks and so they charge her more. That has not been my experience but today both ladies I have used were off and I specifically asked for a female. When I arrived I was taken back by a gentleman. I did not want to say anything but I was less than pleased. For the first time ever my pedicure was not pleasant. He also cut a huge chunk of my cuticle and there was blood everywhere. I visited this place for the first time yesterday to get a pedicure. I will agree with the other reviews in that the paint job could be a little better, but I will try them again the next time because the tech did a great job massaging my legs and feet, and this place does not use the cheese grater looking gadget, which always freaks me out! **Never Going Back!** I went there today for the first time since moving to the area, and it was a terrible experience. The service was awful. The man doing my pedicure got upset when I didn't like how he did it, and he didn't seem to understand me. He ended up refusing to do my manicure. The front desk lady told me I'd have to wait because no one else was available for the manicure. Then, another lady tried to fix the mess the first guy made, but she was in a rush with another client and didn't do a good job either. It was so frustrating. Finally, a different man did my manicure, and while he did a good job, I couldn't enjoy it after all the drama. I was ready to leave, but I had no other option for my manicure, so I stayed. Don't waste your time going there if you're looking for a relaxing and good place to get your nails done. There are better options in the area. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand--I definitely won't be returning! read more

WOULD NEVER GO BACK. Recently moved to the area and wanted to try a new nail place. Went there for the first time today, what I get is pretty simple. UV gel fill in with bubble bath gel polish. I have been getting the same thing for years and am very familiar with what it should and shouldn't look like and how it should be done. The nail tech piled on the UV gel and then didn't thin it out after I requested he file them thinner a few times. He kept saying I'm not done yet. This nail tech is surely not trained on how to do UV gel. Pictures do not even do it justice, they look absolutely horrible. Even when painting the gel polish he painted on globs of paint, looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. At the end after my nails were done, he proceeded to file each of the sides and filed off all the paint so you can see my bare nails. He is the last nail tech on the back right corner when facing all the desks. Extremely disappointed because when I walked in the place looks brand new and beautiful so I had high hopes. Upon checking out, it was approximately 10 minutes before the closed. No one seemed to understand English so I could not even speak to someone about the issue. read more

I will start with the pleasant: this a cute shop that appears to be clean and popular. After that, it is difficult for me to personally recommend it for a number of reasons: The front desk experience on check in and out was chaotic. I was giving them a partial pass on check in since we were a group booking. They actually have a screen for checking in that theoretically seems handy. Once that was figured out we were directed to pick out nail color. $3 extra dollars for the bulk of their colors? Weird, they weren't gel polishes as far as I could tell. Next, pressure to add on services we didn't book. Not just once, but during services already booked. The techs were pleasant otherwise, but mine did not do all of the components of my pedicure, and there were issues with the foot tub. The whole experience felt rushed and my polish was sloppy. I was treating my group to their services, and check out was confusing and not transparent. She couldn't tell me what I was paying for and stated the "techs just give me a price to charge." She told me three different sums before I asked her to clarify (still didn't get a breakdown). Then she told me I could use the ATM for a discount. Um, no. I spent a lot of money including a 20% gratuity for all the techs (I come from a beauty service family, I can't not tip 20%, so that's on me). Later I found out two people in my party had paid cash tips due to a gratuity sign on their nail tables saying tips had to be cash. It was my group's fault for not checking with me about tipping, but the salon's lack of transparency and confusing message cost me even more. I didn't make the appointment for our group to begin with, and while their size might make it easy to book a group, I would not choose this place again. The quality of the services doesn't match the premium prices they are charging. read more

They rushed through it even though they were not busy, attempted to not let you choose the scent, didn't ask if length was satisfactory, inconsistent french tips etc. We will not return. read more

I went before reading all the reviews and the service I received was normal. Nothing outlandish and nothing to complain about regarding the services I received. They have 18 pedicure stations and 24 manicure stations, i went in as a walk in an hour and a half before closing and got helped right away. I paid $65 for a basic pedicure and a gel manicure. Everything went ok. I did have a hard time communicating with my nail tech, I don't think he spoke any English, which was a little hard to talk about things like nail shape and request a different nail color set to look through the colors they offer, but we got through it no big deal. I was put rather quick, which is fine for me as I don't really want to spend more than an hour getting my nails done. The reason I am giving 3 stars and not 5 is because their manicure/pedicure tools are not sterilized. They have them in the sterile pouches (maybe for looks?) but they were NOT sterilized. The pouch for my hands was previously opened and there was some dead skin stuck the the cutting part. Clearly had been previously used. The pouch itself has indicator colors that show if it has been autoclaved which the colored indicator had not changed meaning the pouch was never sterile. I also noticed that the adhesive strip portion was never removed, further confirming that the pouch was never sealed either. read more

I didn't make an appt and walked in and told the lady at the counter I wanted acrylic French manicure set. She gets a tech and she tells the tech not in English, want I guess I want. The lady walks me over to her station. She says we do dip for you and starts working on my nails and ask what shape I want and I say round/oval. She does the nails and we get all done and I go up to pay and find out that it's $60. On menu it says acrylic nails is $35 and I reminded her I asked for acrylic nails. They said since you got a tip added plus dip plus special shape, it's $60 I said I didn't ask for dipped and acrylic nails comes with a tip and no one told me there would be an up charge to have a round shape. They said well that's what the price is. I looked at their menu displayed on the front desk where you pay and asked them to show me on the menu where this is and the lady said, well it's not on the menu. She got the manager and he resolved the issue for me. However, I say all this to say, businesses need to be up front and clear with pricing and if techs are up selling to a customer at the chair without communicating the price, then that's deceptive and wrong. It takes no time to clearly ask what the customer wants and communicate the price before you start a service. The finished nails were okay. I probably won't go back. read more

Two friends and I went for pedicures. We were all so incredibly disappointed. We unanimously agreed it was BY FAR the worst pedicure any of us had ever gotten!!! No attention whatsoever was paid to our requests and concerns. Cuticles were not trimmed, there was paint EVERYWHERE but on the nails. No door buffing was done. What a mess!! Honestly I left disappointed. First of all, it's HOT in there. I think they turned the thermostat up to save money. (I was sweating) I got a pedicure, which is $35 for basic. The pedicure was "okay", but I've had way better for less money. I felt it was rushed. Then I found out I was charged $3 extra for using the wrong nail polish. Apparently they have different types, and if you pick one on the right side shelf they charge more. No one said anything until I was paying and asked why my bill was higher. Woman tried hard to get me to choose one of the more expensive pedicures but I chose basic because that's what I've always done. She rushed through with no massage, messy polish and bare spots. Not impressed.... Went in for a deluxe pedicure and the pedicure itself was okay. Nothing special. I wasn't offered a beverage (I don't know if all salons do this, but 90% of the nail salons I've gone to typically do.) I was asked if I wanted a manicure 3 times after making it clear, that it wouldn't be happening today as I didn't have time. My nail tech asked if I wanted him to shape my nails like with the file, I said yes (of course), and they were slightly brushed over but not filed to even look the same shape. I'm 8 months pregnant and was just looking for a nice relaxing experience with a deep foot massage, I barely felt the massage with how swollen my feet have been as there was barely any pressure applied. I've had better experiences here with different nail techs, for now on I won't book at random. I'll ask for someone specific, Andy has done my nails before and they were amazing. I get my nails done here monthly and highly recommend them! My nails last 3-4 weeks and in the case that one cracks which sometimes happens no matter where you go, they'd happily fix it. I've gone to this place twice. I give stars because I've been able to snag an appointment within a couple hours notice and they were kinda fast without delay. The cuts from the pedicure is what motivated me to write this review. The guy told me I needed to get the more deluxe $45 pedicure for the dead skin on bottom of my feet. No massage that's customary in basic pedicure even though that's what the ad said. He scrubbed the hell out of even the top of my toenails and it left little cuts that burned with application of salt scrub. They burn even now still and I see the red irritation. I never had a pedi this rough with such residual toenail skin scraped off and I get one like every three weeks. Annoyed there was no massage for $45 plus tip. For the manicure, the guy was rough and did some dip powder without my consent. There wasn't any massage. Kinda rough cutting of the cuticles. But it only took thirty minutes and I could get back to work quickly. They didn't have the color I chose but he brought two somewhat close alternatives back for me to look at. He missed a whole corner of the nail with polish when I actually saw that ,he grabbed his nippers and cut a corner of my nail off where the polish was missing! It was a big waste of $$$.
