I knew that something was not right, when the stylist kept me at the sink for 45 minutes, dumping glaze and masks on my hair. My neck was killing me sitting there, but I thought maybe she is just trying to do a good job. After I walked to the chair and looked in the mirror, my hair was totally matted. The water was dripping all over my clothes. The hair looked so bad, that it looked like somebody was weaving them on purpose. I got very concerned. I knew it is going to be bad, because two other stylists came over and tried to assess it. They started brushing my hair and a huge chunks were just coming off. I almost cried. I have no idea what happened and how simple root touch up became such a disaster. They may have mixed the formula wrong or something like that. But the result is I now have a third of the amount of hair I came there with and most of my hair is broken at all length.

An aquaintance recommended Kelly at Studio 41 Salon, and after pouring over salon reviews, I scheduled with her. Kelly listened to me, looked over pics from happier times, and gave me exactly what I was looking for! I'm back to my light brown with dimensional honey highlights and I couldn't be happier! She's truly an artist, very professional and also just a lovely person. I'm so impressed with the salon, scheduling is handled very professionally and it's spotlessly clean- has a very nice vibe. Highly recommend Studio 41 salon and Kelly! Note: I returned the following week for a Brazilian Blowout Keratin treatment with Candice. I've been getting these for years in Maryland, and this one was the absolute BEST! Candice asked me what end result I was looking for, and tailored the application to give me some body. I left the salon with shiny, bouncy hair instead of the completely flat hair I'm used to getting, and I'm so thrilled! I'd give this salon, Kelly and Candice 10 stars if I could:)

In the consultation, I specifically said I didn't want copper; I wanted something soft and natural. This color is embarrassing; it looks fake and cheap. I can't imagine, trusting them to put more color in my hair. It was $140 after a 20% new client discount for the color and a cut ( more of a trim).

I wish I could give a zero star review if I am being honest. I have no idea where to start! For…read morestarters the Manager/Owner is completely stuck-up. I have heard nothing but bad reviews from this salon but I decided to give it a try. I called to make an appt, not only was the front desk unprofessional, but they had no COVID-19 guidelines to follow at all. I asked if anyone is required to wear masks, in which they stated that they 'clean very well' so 'masks aren't required.' I also tried to ask about the 20% off deal for new clients (which is by the way posted on all their social media platforms) yet they wouldn't honor it. My friend Mary who gets her hair done often there, goes off about how Audrie (one of the stylist) goes on and on about how great Trump is, and how Covid is fake and all the deaths are made-up. She claims about how much this virus is a joke. I decided to do more recent and completely disregard getting my hair done here since they were all completely unprofessional. A stylist who use to work there but later quit stated how rude and stuck up the owner of the salon is, as she is only motivated by money. Other Front Desk Receptionist claim how hostile and rude the management is to their employees and how stylist talk bad about their clients in their back room! Not only does some of the stylist completely suck at their job and literally never give their clients what they want regarding hair cuts and colors, but certain stylist AND the owner will add on random stuff to their appt to upcharge them. New and former clients will ask for a Hair cut with a Hair Color and will be spending $300+ due to random add on; basically stealing money from their clients. I also heard they laid people off due to Covid and stated that people who do not show up to work will not be able to have their job back after the 'mandatory lockdown.' Not only is the owner hostile, and money stealing from clients, but her and her other stylist continued to talk bad about Black Lives Matter and the protests going around Downtown Naples along with the protests on Collier Blvd, (I heard this one on one from a client, who will not be named to protect their identity.) From my research, from former clients and employees, and from my experience with them, they are completely unprofessional, scammers, and completely comfortable stealing money from their clients and then proceeding to talk bad about them, but they are also arrogantly racist and uneducated. I would never recommend this place to anyone! (Update:) I also heard from other businesses in the complex that the owner will go door to door asking for money or prizes for fundraisers but when other businesses are throwing fundraisers and ask them if they'd like to pitch in, the owners response is "No, I work hard for my money, Sorry." Completely pathetic!

When I first moved to Naples, I did some pretty thorough Yelp research. I was looking for the best...someone who specialized in blondes. My extensive search led me to Casi. I was so scared at first to let someone new do my hair after leaving Atlanta, but after just a few minutes in her chair, I knew she was on top of her game. She is exceptionally talented and she keeps me feeling beautiful every day. Not only is she gifted in blondes, but she does balayage (which she has started doing for me), updos, weddings, whatever you need. She really has an eye for color but also cuts with precision. On top of being awesome at what she does, I just thoroughly enjoy sitting in her chair--she is totally accepting of the days I am sleepy and great to talk to when I am in on one of my peppier days. Yesterday, she took time to teach me some new methods for styling my hair so that I could actually do it myself at home...and, I did! This morning! Thank you Casi ;-) She is now located in her own "suite" within the Salons by JC Naples which is on the 2nd floor of 800 5th Ave. You can park in their own parking lot, on the street, or in the garage; lots of options. Her space is adorable! Modern chic and clean. She brought in incredibly comfortable chairs--probably the most comfortable shampoo chair I have ever been in. I could lay their all day and let her shampoo my head--ugh, feels so good. Wish I could get her to do that every day when I wake up in the morning. She uses top of the line products...Goldwell, Olaplex. She stays up on new techniques and hair shows. JC Naples is filled with beauty suites for massage, skin, nails, wax, etc (all booth rental style) so when you are done with your visit with Casi, you can find whatever beauty service you might want or need. You can book in multiple ways. I just call her directly--if she doesn't answer, just leave her a message. She also uses this Style Seat so you can book online or through the StyleSeat app with her.
