This place is not sanitary. I noticed dried blood on the nail file being used on my toes. The tech immediately switched files, but the manager first dismissed it as nail polish before acknowledging it was blood. The whole experience made me very uncomfortable, and I left. Sorry for the bad review. I actually left a good one right after walking out. I had my nails painted white by the end of the night they were chipped off. I went back and was told I should've done the powder So I paid $20 and tipped $10. That was a waste of 30 bucks and I'm bummed because I really like the salon and the people that work there but I guess you've got to get your nails dipped or acrylic for it to stay on according to them. so enjoy my $30. Everyone here is very sweet! I've tried a number of salons nearby and this is by far the best. They work very hard to fit you in and accommodate everyone. Admittedly, I was upset today and confused about a service and the owner was absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and able to help me explain to me in an easy to understand manner. I've gone to attitude nails a handful of times and have had a pleasant experience. I decided to go back and while it was a clean experience, the manicure was such poor quality. I have small cuts all over my cuticles and my gel manicure is peeling up after ONLY 3 DAYS. My regular manicures last longer, and I've never had a gel manicure only last a few days. Not sure if the nail technician didn't take proper protocols (it looked like she did) or the polish was old. I'd love for them do re-do it but may not be worth it for same quality. read more

Found this place and read it had new owner ship etc so I decided to try it. I was helped as soon as I walked into the doors and got a gel manicure with Vivian. She did an amazing job on my nails and really took her time with me. (I'm super OCD with my gel manicures because I've had a lot of sloppy ones in the past). I was referred to Attitude Nails by a friend after several back to back disappointments at my regular salon in Bonita. The owner Tim did a fill and gel polish and I was highly impressed with the thinness of the fill and how long it lasted! The salon is spotless and everyone was professional and friendly. They have won a loyal customer in me. Sure, you can probably save a few dollars going elsewhere but if you want your nails to look EXCELLENT, this is the place to go! read more

They quoted me $33 for a basic pedicure and chair fed me $48 and quoted $45 for powder dip nails and charged me $55! They speak fluent English over the phone and when you tell them they're over charging you they suddenly can't speak English! read more

I love Attitude Nails and Tim is fantastic! His passion and commitment to customer service are evident from start to finish. I'm from San Francisco and get pedicures all around the Bay Area and when I visit my parents in FL this is the only place I will go. My mom and I come here for quality time with each other and we always leave feeling special and pampered. The shop is sparkly clean and staff have a wonderful attitude toward their customers. "Bad" Attitude Nails! I don't like to give a bad review and in this case, I must. My technician clearly didn't care about quality. He didn't file my nails before beginning to polish them! When I asked, "aren't you going to file them?" he said, "you want me to file them??" I was stunned. He rushed through the whole process. So disappointed. read more

Looks like it could be a really nice place and very clean, when you walk-in. However the service is horrible. The guy doing my pedicure didn't put my sandals on until after he painted my nails, so one of my toenails got messed up. To make it worse, he was lazy and only did one layer of paint to fix it. I was in a hurry so i didn't want to argue. My manicure was equally as bad. Nails chipped the next day. Don't go to this place unless you want to be ripped off! read more

Not going back... I just moved to Florida from upstate New York and would get a great 1 1/2 hours for a mani and pedi for 30.00. That included an amazing foot and leg massage with lotion for at least 10mins and than taking care of my toenails and with the manicure that included a nice massage on hands and arms. I went to Attitude Nails because they were recommend; paid 40.00 plus a 10.00 tip (ONLY because I was raised that way) and the time I waited to be taken cared of was longer than my mani/pedi combined which is RIDICULOUS!!! I got NO massage on my legs or arms and the little massage (which I wouldn't even call it that it was just her rubbing the little lotion she put into her hands on me) the best part is while I was drying my nails I saw two girls come in that we're regulars and they got the real treatment. This place is bull crap and I really liked that they were two minutes from my house. I really wish their was less than one star to give this place I completely forgot to mention that my nails chipped the next day(thank god I knew better to bring my own polish cause I had to do touch ups all week to the point it looked like a 5 year old did my nails so o took it off) only go here if you plan on doing touch ups to your own nails and not carrying to pay for a service u don't even get. She never even asked me what package I wanted she just assumed I wanted the basic one which I'm glad I got because I would have been more pissed if I had to pay even more. And my feet feel no different than when I walked in their still dry. read more
